They wouldn't accept me as a patient at The Heights if I didn't go to Transcend (same CEO & CFO). All they want is money! They don't truly care about someone's well being. If they did, they would accept everyone regardless if that person decided not to follow their "recommendation" on going to sober living. So they just dropped me as a patient, at my most vulnerable state. I should have listened to my friend who is now filing a lawsuit against them and Transcend sober living. DO NOT GO HERE!

Rob and his team of therapists did an excellent job of getting both of us back on track and better. My therapy lasted a few weeks and ended about 18 months ago. My wife's therapy just started and is ongoing. The front office staff communicates well and the PT staff does an excellent job with the balance of pushing you to do well during your therapy but not so far that you feel like you've gone too far. Bottom line - An easy five-star review. I highly recommend them if you ever need physical therapy.
