Talked with John Hester about it and he asked that I bring the battery in for testing, upon removing the battery from the 4wheeler, it was discovered that that battery was swollen and about to burst. First thing that happened was that Hesters accused me of over charging the battery. They asked me to bring in the 4wheeler to check the charging system, which checked out ok. This was mid-August they finally called today and said CF Moto denied the warranty claim. Neither John Hester or his mechanic could care less that I use this machine as part of my business, and I needed it up and running.
