Had a very bad experience. I took my bike in because I had the extra money to pay someone to do it and I didn't feel like working on it. He told me he would work on it and let me know before he did any repairs. ended up not calling me before replacing anything and charged me $270 to just clean the carburetor (which was already decently clean), replace the spark plug (which I told him was already brand new) and put a different main jet and pilot jet in it. I didn't think much of it because he told me it's fixed and I didn't mind paying that if it was actually fixed. took it on a trip the same day and the problem was not fixed one bit and it was actually worse because my bike gave out in the middle of a trail. once I got back I called him and told him that it wasn't fixed and asked him what had happened because I thought he fixed it and I'd just paid him for it too, and it was an unfinished job. He then proceeded to belittle me and cuss me out over the phone, asked if I'd like a refund, I said yes and then hung up on me. he never refunded my card and overall have had a very bad experience with him. not a respectable dude or shop. I ended up fixing it myself and turned out to be a $33 ignition coil. nothing to do with the carb or the spark plug. because of this experience me, and the 2 people who recommended me to him are going to be finding another mechanic or doing stuff on our own. read more

I personally had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan who is very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. I just had the pleasure of meeting Ryan and having him and his crew work on my 2008 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 Classic. I'm on a road trip with my son coming from Jacksonville, IL and had a few things that needed to be checked over. I called Ryan early (before business hours and he answered!) to see if he could work me in on the spur of the moment since we were trying to get back on the road later today. He got me right in, dropped everything to get us taken care of quickly and went out of his way to make sure everything was done right. He even took time to explain a few adjustments I could make on my own to try to remedy a problem with popping on deceleration. MotoOne Speed Shop is literally your ONE stop shop for all atv/utv/mc needs. I searched all throughout Fresno and Clovis to find the best and most affordable shop that I would trust to work in my KTM 530 exc. Ryan, the owner, is extremely knowledgable in a wide range of off-road vehicles (especially Hondas and KTMs). He is honest in his work, believes in preventative maintenance, and only recommends what you need. From what I could see, his shop is fully set up, extremely clean, and well equipped for any job. He is not the typical salesman, I mean mechanic at Wilsons, that tries to sell you every part possible and quadrupole the price when all you went in for is an oil change. If you are particular about your toys and want the best work possible while getting a great bang for your buck, then MotoOne is the answer. MotoOne- 5 stars without a doubt. I took my KTM in for a valve adjustment. They noticed it was not running the way it should and so they on their own looked at the carb and fixed the problem. I have since taken in two sets of forks for seal repairs and service. This is a first rate company with excellent customer service, prices and fast service. read more

Ryan is great at communicating with clients and making them feel at home. His specialty is in dirt bikes and general cycle repair. If your problem is more esoteric and technical and it concerns classic or older bikes that Ryan is not familiar with, I suggest you either bring the bike to another shop or else prepare to spend extra money having Ryan troubleshoot without result. He is an experienced cycle hand, but he doesn't have the broad expertise you would find at a service shop at Clawson Honda for example. It's a one man shop; it has it's limitations and that is not a bad thing. Just something you should know before bringing your bike in. read more
