WARNING!!! Went to the shop as I had previously had work on my car there for a subwoofer. They checked my car and told me that the whole amp was blown out and that there was a pinch somewhere where in the installation. Told me that the guys that worked there before didn't any longer and when I asked if the shop would take responsibility for the wrong installation he told me no that the previous guys would and wouldn't help with THEIR WORK, THE SHOPS WORK. The guy proceeded to get aggressive when I told him i rather just go to another shop to make sure it's installed correctly the first. The worst customer service ever Greg which is the owner of Stereo1wherehouse did not want to fix the problem, I showed up to get my Tint fix because there was over 15 imperfections that includes a lint that you can clearly see between the tint and the window, he then pulled me back from my shoulder and told me to stand 10 feet away and show him where those imperfections were that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, he was giving me pushback 100% telling me that nothings 100% guaranteed but his website clearly says 100% satisfaction guaranteed One or two imperfections OK I'd let it slide but over 15 on the whole car and then for him to not want to take responsibility I can see why he has his shop and the location that it is in he wouldn't last anywhere else! Then his helper Victor decides to call me and tell me that the 100% satisfaction guaranteed is wrong on the website that their advertising person hasn't taken that off yet so my next step is to go directly to the xsuns tint I let them know how he is conduction business Victor is just his mule so that way Greg can talk to people like shit then Victor tries to fix it ! Then he calls me and says that the guy tried to replace The tint three times and he couldn't get it without any lint so around 4 PM he calls me to tell me he's unable to complete the warranty fix his refund me my money the fact that his guy couldn't do it after three times, now that's sad really sad for him to be doing it 5 years for that long and can't even do a 2022 Toyota Camry! That stereo quit working and I purchased another stereo online. I went to Stereo 1 Warehouse, and talked to Greg about whether they could install it for me. They did, and did it right. Searched Yelp for the highest rated stereo installer in the Fresno area, Stereo 1 came up on top. They did not disappoint. We use our 2007 Ram 3500 to tow our trailer and go camping with the kids. One of our vehicles has ability to show movies which makes the trips a lot easier, until today our truck did not have that capability. I ordered all my components through a popular online outlet for such things and had the intention of installing it myself. I could do it, have done installs in the past, but this included video monitors, headunit, satellite radio, and back up camera. I am only home a couple days a week, I'd rather not spend that time frazzled and frustrated, so I decided to get a professional. Showed up Monday morning after receiving a quote over the phone and met with Greg. He wrote me up and checked over my equipment and made sure all the required pieces were present and correct. Greg was very friendly, but thorough and focused. We discussed where he was going to place all the components, wires etc. here was my only regret, that I spent time to discuss more possibilities, but that was on me. My wife had shown up to pick me up and had a car full of kids... I did not want to keep them waiting. Took about a day and a half for the install but it was well worth it. Everything worked and was installed cleanly. When I came to pick it up, the installer showed me the system, explained the intricacies of how it worked and confirmed that he had tested it all out. He was thorough and very professional. Had I it to do over again, I might have come down and offered them the opportunity to sell me the components. I know I overpaid a bit online and I would have rather spent that money locally now that I found a good shop. Either way, I'm glad I had them do the install. If it took a guy that does this all day, everyday, a day and a half to install it, I'd hate to see how long it would take me! Highly recommend. I recently had my 2017 Honda Civic windows tinted here. Upon arriving Greg was very friendly and professional. It took about 4 hours to have all 5 of my windows finished. I found bubbles on a side window and the big back rear window. I immediately contacted Greg and he said initial bubbles may occur but to let it dry, wait a few days to see if they dissolved. Otherwise to bring it back if they didn't. After a week I had to take it back because there were still bubbles. Greg was very responsive to text messages and I was able to schedule an appointment to take my car back. No bubbles and I am a happy costumer! My Road King needed better tunes and this fairing delivered. I had been running a Bluetooth receiver/amp beneath the seat. They powered 2-6x9's (in the saddlebag lids) and 2 handlebar mounted speakers. They were loud but not clear. I started looking around and found Stereo 1Wherehouse. I contacted Greg and explained that I wanted a system that would also support my [existing] 6x9's. He replied within an hour (it had to be around 5am on the left coast) and included a sketch of what I was looking for. After a few discussions with Greg, I chose a fairing with: 4-5.25" speakers, a Sony head unit (with Bluetooth), and a 600w SoundStream amp. The BAD: Unfortunately, the fairing arrived damaged. The box was heavy duty corrugate and the fairing was well wrapped/padded. The exterior of the box was heavily damaged in a single spot that aligned with the edge of the fairing. The fiberglass was cracked enough that I could see fiber and the inner fairing would not line up with the outer fairing. I completely hold the shipper responsible for the negligent handling. We've all seen some of videos of how some delivery employees just don't like their job The GOOD: I contacted Greg about the damage and we started a claim together. After more than a week of waiting for an agent to inspect the damage (and shipping materials), Greg asked me to get an estimate from a local body shop. When I gave him the estimate, he refunded me that amount and worked with the shipping company to get reimbursed. I do not know the outcome of the claim but I do know that Greg went above and beyond to keep me satisfied. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Since the unit had to be taken apart to make the repairs, I decided to make a couple small improvements. I replaced the speaker screws with stainless steel machine screws and added washers and locking nuts to the inside. It's a Harley. It shakes. Small effort for peace of mind. I also drilled a hole next to the power adapter and added a garage door opener remote while the fairing was apart. The remote is a waterproof button on the interior face of the fairing and the transmitter is inside the fairing. As requested, the unit arrived with the extra wiring for the saddlebag 6x9's. The install went exactly as it should and I was back on the road. This review is long past due but I wanted to wait and give a complete review. I have not had any issues with the system that Greg recommended. It sounds just as amazing as when I received it and nothing has failed. I get many compliments on this sound system. This system is LOUD and it is CRISP. In fact, it has upset the band on bike night at least once. The windscreen and trim piece are slightly misaligned with the holes on the fairing but I honestly can't say that this is the fault of Stereo1Wherehouse. I bought the windscreen and trim from a company that has a smile logo and was probably made overseas. If I had it to do over again I would have purchased the screen and trim from Stereo1Wherehouse so that it would be guaranteed to fit correctly. They check everything before it ships. As I've already stated, the customer service is excellent. Greg even sent me frequent texts of the progress along the way. I always recommend Stereo1Wherehouse fairings and sound systems to anyone who asks about mine. These are less expensive than other brands and I honestly believe that the stereo components are better. read more

The problem was that I bought a beautiful stereo and they didn't complete the installation, at the time the owner had left, and the employees weren't helpful to find out why I couldn't use the RADIO! I called as he said, and he sounded non chelant, said to call back Monday for AN APPOINTMENT.. We'll, I work too,Monday was no good for me, so I called again, and again.. call another day for an appointment..I don't have the time to give to someone who has no time for me.I will go to another stereo place and pay to get it done right..and call this a loss. I gave it 3 stars bc maybe they re better at the window tinting.. but, I won't be going there for that either, since I called for an appointment for my windows and he said "call back" so good luck with all that..the radio is REALLY nice. We got a stereo & ALARM system placed for about $350...during the pandemic something went totally wrong with just the alarm everything else worked. I called Doug he had attitude said if i can call the city to allow him to fix it and he would. While shops opened he said to drop it off it was probably my alternator or battery but hed look at it anyways. He finally called to pick it up but didnt sat anything that he did to it. We try to lock the car at home and noticed there was no more alarm system just auto lock now. We called him with confusion obviouslyno response left my phone number again and still no response very unprofessional and rude as hell. It was with trepidation that I researched for best install price for a car stereo installation. Yelp asks do I want to compare the quotes? Hell, no I love being broke! Lol. Seriously though, of course who wouldn't? The best price was a few twenties cheaper than these guys. But reviews were more Consistent, and had higher ratings with 559 Car Stereo and Alarm. Well, the car stereo I ordered from Crutchfields didn't mesh with my steering controls and other things didn't line up either. So, the good was he had a stereo that did work with my controls if I wanted it. The bad, was I would need to shell out for it now. And I did. Greg was very kind and explained in detail what was what and why. The install guy Victor ? Sorry if get it wrong guy... was very patient, sat down in car and went through all controls and hooked my cell up to it before leaving me with it.
