He walked us up to the first one, and, without so much as a word, disappeared. We poked around for a few minutes as he directed other employees that were bringing boats into the showroom (it was about 45 minutes from closing time) and it was clear after about 15 minutes that he had no interest in showing us the other boat we had come to see, or in answering our questions. I had $45k burning a hole in my pocket, but i promise I'll never leave a dime of it at this place.

I purchased a brand new Jayco travel trailer from Southaven RV in November 2023. Shortly after…read morepicking it up, I discovered a soft spot in the floor. I brought it back, and they repaired the soft spot along with what they said was the underlying cause. At the same time, they replaced the roof due to a separate issue. I used the trailer for about a year before bringing it back for a full inspection and any recommended service. They serviced the axles and spot-sealed the roof--work I authorized. After picking it up, I stored it for a year. When I took it out again and opened it up, the floor was rotted in the exact same spot. A mobile tech inspected it and found a gutter screw that had never been properly tightened (half in, half out) with no sealant around it. Once everything was properly sealed, the moisture levels in the walls and floor dropped significantly. I reached out to Southaven RV explaining the situation and asking for assistance with the repair. They refused to help in any way. In just 2.5 years, this trailer has needed: a full roof replacement, the same floor rot repaired twice, both axles replaced (wheel bearings had no grease, causing one to catch fire), recliners that broke twice, a door that fell off its hinges, a non-working slide, and numerous other issues. I cannot recommend buying a camper from Southaven RV. They do not stand behind the products they sell. (As a side note, when I picked up the trailer after the first floor repair, the technician working on it appeared noticeably intoxicated while carrying a pistol. I later learned he had been let go.) Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the dealership's lack of support.

I picked out the one I wanted online and shared with them an email. This was Saturday morning. Later that same morning Brad Trusty (Awesome salesman) contacted me and shared that he had one and informed me that my financing was approved. He was the best sales person I have ever worked with. Saturday afternoon the bike was ready for pickup. I arrived at around 3:45 pm and they close at 4:00 pm on Saturday. I walked in the door and "BAM!" They had all paper work ready for me to sign, the bike was sitting out in the front and was ready to load. Before 4:15 pm all paperwork was signed, bike was loaded and I was back in the road and just couldn't wait to get it home to play in the snow. If you are in the market for the best machine you will ever own and looking for a dealer who will go out of there way to please there customers, look no further. FPS has earned my business for now and in the future.

Since Im about to retire from the U.S. Navy, I thought it would be grand if we started my own…read moreNavy.....Ill call it G&K's Navy, and well ROCK! To get the ball rolling, one would logically deduct, a Navy would need ships, so I bought an old jon boat and motor from a guy, its a 1963 set up and Im stoked about it! The Johnson 10hp outboard has been sitting a little over a year, so I wanted to rebuild the carburetor and replace the plugs. I looked around and the rebuild kits ranged from 16 bucks online delivered to 50 bucks from a business in Memphis that clearly sells gold plated carb rebuild kits DIRT CHEAP. A buddy of mine said, "check out that place up yonder on 14, hes got bunches of boats, cant miss it"...........so, I did. This is the place where boats in the Memphis area go to die.........seriously, I bet the dude has like 300 out there. A boat junkyard........that place has more boats than Carter's has liver pills. If this place was closer to Iran, they'd have a much larger Navy. The perfect place for a budding Naval force such as mine. Another thing he has is great prices in my opinion. I paid him a grand total of 16.38 for my kit, and Im probably gonna go back and see what else I can rustle up out there in the boat-afterlife-heaven place he has there. The point im making is that his little country boat shop is actually competing with the internet, AND keel-haulin those other guy's prices to boot. I dont recommend that you start your own Navy, as ours is MUCH more established right now and youll never hope to challenge for the high ponds. But I do recommend that you give him a chance to have your business. Call, drive out there.........whatever, give the guy a shot. You gotta respect someone that doesnt jack the prices just because hes out of the way. Very knowledgeable guys. Second day In the trip and Saturday around 2pm I hit something in the road and snapped a bakers dozen rear spokes right outside of Memphis on the interstate. After talking to the Harley dealer in Memphis 2.7 miles from where I was and being told they don't work on spoked rims, which is mind blowing, I called the Harley dealer right across the border 17 miles from me they said it would take weeks and they honestly didn't have anyone that knew about spoked wheels. The Harley dealer recommended me calling Gemini. Called them up and explained my situation and with out hesitation they told me to bring it in and they will get me back on the road. Well the tow truck was a nightmare to deal with but I didn't get there until 6pm those people stayed over 2 hours after they closed to wait for me and trying to get me back on the road. Unfortunately there was nothing Gary could do my rim was too heavily damaged. Told them I was renting a bike to finish my trip and I would be back in town on Thursday. They had my bike fixed ready for me Wednesday. Super nice people. You don't get that in a shop anymore where they honest care about the customer and not rip you off.
