After that, we spent 20-30 minutes going over pricing, but the salesman was completely incompetent with numbers and kept screwing up the supposed "mock-up" bill of sale while trying to show me different options. What really pissed me off is how misleading the whole thing was. I was led to believe we were still just discussing possibilities, then while I was distracted talking to my friend, I was pressured to put down a $500 deposit and sign papers I was never properly shown or explained. I stupidly signed without realizing I was apparently signing a bill of sale, and I was never even given a copy of what I signed. Days later, when I decided not to go through with the purchase, I was told they were keeping my $500. That is shady, deceptive, and a garbage way to treat customers. To make it worse, I later found out the salesman I dealt with is the owner's son, which honestly explains a lot about the attitude and lack of accountability. This place absolutely does not deserve your business, and I would strongly warn anyone to be extremely careful before signing anything there. Update: They reached out via email and just did not take any accountability, shifting the blame on the customer! Classic behaviour from this family, based on some other reviews. A-16 was the first I called and Nabil, the owner, told me immediately that he had the parts I needed and he would call me back when they were ready. True to his word he called within an hour and about an hour later I had the spare window, which was $75, less than the $220 the dealership quoted. A-16 are an awesome business. They have used parts, gently-used parts, reconditioned parts, refurbished parts and can get you new parts as well. I had a small crack in my rear light unit that was going to cost me around $400 through the dealership to get the part. Nabil got me a replacement after-market, new part for $115. If you have any need for parts for your car, and are ok with gently used, then please give A-16 a call. If they don't have it they can get the part for you at way less than the dealerships.

I had to contact a Honda dealer to find out how to fix the problem and relay that information to Len, the owner at Richmond Motorsports. The actual fix was 15 mins of labour and a $12 part. They can not charge for a safety if they fail it for reasons not in line with the regulations, but as is evident here, they do anyways. Seems their business practices are too shady to trust their opinions, go elsewhere.
