The man would be so mad cause I'm asking about my property. I never received my Motorcycle from this man. He did some things to my bike and it was still not fixed. I told him to send it to a dealership and he sent it to another shop. I asked him what was going on and who had my Bike and he would get mad and tell me that you can just pay me and I will turn it over to you and the new Motorcycle shop. It took the other shop to take every part off my Bike to figure out what the problem is. I told Scooter that he owes me because I paid him for the same problem. He told me no. I took him to court and won and he DON'T WANT TO PAY WHAT HE OWES!!!!!!!!!

They "cleaned the carbs", did a tune-up"(new spark plugs) also replaced cracked intake boots. After she got it back, she took it for a ride and it ran erratically and wouldn't idle down, kept over-revving. Not safe to ride. The next morning it wouldn't run at all. She let them know and the only thing they did was send an employ out to confirm that, yeah, it doesn't run. they did not take it back to the shop or make any effort to diagnose the problem.

Great shop! Brought my son's brand new bike here via a recommendation from AI of all things. His…read morederailleur was bent (from going off jumps with the other neighborhood boys) and we got a few quotes, all the way up to $120 and a three week lead time. I told him he'd have to work off the fees at $10/hr., but due to this shop's low prices and quality work, plus quick turn (just a few days), we got very little labor out of him. He was thrilled and wants to take his bike there for regular service.

I rented a Uhaul from Cars Bike Shop and I didn't realize that it was a contactless pickup at the…read moretime of booking so that is my bad! If I had, I would've rented from elsewhere. But I also didn't cancel cause the location was convenient and I figured it would be nice to support this small business! The contactless pickup ended up working ok. It took me a bit to figure it out but I ended up getting what I needed which was a Uhaul truck. I did order additional equipment: furniture pads and dollys. They were not loaded into the truck and there was no indication of how I could retrieve them since they were closed. Again, I got what I needed which was a Uhaul truck but I was basing how much help I needed on having 2 dollies so to not have them was an inconvenience. After returning my truck and noting that the equipment was not present, I received a receipt the next day with a refund for only a portion of the missing additional equipment. I'm glad that they recognized and did not charge me entirely for the missing equipment but there was not indication of why I wasn't given a full refund of that equipment. I reached out to them to simply ask why and I did not receive a response. Overall I would not recommend renting Uhaul equipment from this shop. Not sure how they are as a bike shop but I'm not willing to find out!
