Good bike shop for buying bike but not the best experience for having repairs done. I had a flat…read moretire and had them fix it and the bike bounced up and down terribly until I brought it back in and had them fix it while having work done on it for another reason. I have since learned to change my own flat and was able to do it myself (4" fat tire) with no issues at all so I would expect a bike mechanic to be able to handle changing a tire without any issues? The owner was very helpful and they are one of a few Rad Power Bike dealers (the brand of bike I own) so I'd really like to rely on them if I could. Good shop location and I was able to get same day service which can be nearly impossible - some shops are a month out for getting work done.
