I was extremely apprehensive with taking this course as I had no riding experience whatsoever. The instructors made me feel at ease and the instruction could NOT have been better. They started off with the very basics and by the end of the two day course, I received a waiver for my motorcycle license. I could NOT have done that without them. The instructors were FANTASTIC - patient,. motivating and really just a pleasure to learn from. The course itself was outstanding - we moved from exercise to exercise at a comfortable pace and it was truly a weekend I won't soon forget. A fun learning experience! I was never on a motorcycle before this two day class. I passed the field riding and written tests during the class. The day after passing the class, which includes your road test, I went to the DMV and paid for my new motorcycle license. During the class, I never exceeded 20 mph or shifted out of 2nd gear, but now I can ride next to you on the 90 at rush hour going 55+ mph? Yikers! The instructors were knowledgeable and organized, when balancing the class of new and experienced riders. The new motorcycles utilized on site were Harley Davidson street 500's. Having this brand of bike to "learn" on was a fine marketing decision, as now I need to go buy a bike on learned on. Overall a great weekend and I will return for additional training. read more

I attended the MSS class last July. The learning plan was set up in exactly the right order. Although I was an experienced rider in class with mostly "never ridden before" classmates, I never got bored. The classroom instruction was informative, current, and kept moving. The quiz's were pertinent. And the ride time was set up to increase riding skills in an organized, competent manor. The Instructors were pleasant, informed, and forgiving. They did not "pass" anyone that couldn't demonstrate required riding skills. Do not think this is a piece of cake. I highly recommend this course to anyone that rides a motorcycle, that has never been before. You will learn how to improve your chances of having safe trips on your bike! read more

I am not one to write reviews, but this place deserves it. I went to class this weekend nervous and somewhat intimidated. I knew before arriving I would be the most inexperienced one in the class. (That was confirmed in the first ten minutes of class) All of my motorcycle experience prior to this had been as a passenger and I had driven an ATV myself on less than a handful of occasions. I anticipated washing out of the class. After less than an hour I felt relaxed and confident. Brandi is just that good! I am very happy that I stepped outside of my comfort zone and took the chance on 3 wheeler school. Not only did I NOT washout, I passed the road test. I attended the Basic Rider Course this past weekend at the West Seneca location.  Virgina and Sue were the instructors.  I just wanted to pass along some very well deserved positive feedback.  In 3 words, They Were Fantastic!!  Being a beginner rider can be a bit intimidating but they helped make this experience very enjoyable.  They have great personalities, excellent knowledge and have a passion for teaching along with great patience.  They know how to put you at ease while building confidence in the riders abilities to learn and grow.  I feel very lucky to have had them as instructors.  As I meet new riders I will be recommending this course and very happy that I took it. read more

This weekend I took the basic rider (waiver) class at the west seneca,ny location. I just wanted to write and let you know that is was the best experience I could have started my riding journey with. Mark and Kelly were wonderful instructors. They were fun and very educational. Both of them shared so much of their knowledge with our class. This class made me 100% more comfortable riding my motorcycle than before I took it. I can't wait To go to the DMV this week. I was new to motorcycling. I have ridden scooters and other vehicles all over the world, but motorcycles with gears? I was excited, but not well educated. After going to MSS West Seneca, I thought the experience was amazing. All the instructors (I had Brandi, both Robs, and Delano) were welcoming and positive while also being honest about progress. I took the course this summer in June on the 28th & 29th. I had such a great learning experience and the instructors were amazing . This was my first time getting on 2 wheels & im so thankful for this course since I've used alot of what they taught this summer . I'm just shy of 3000 miles on KTM Duke 390 . Ran by Brandi, she made it fun and informative. 2 full days of hands on training, she really cares that you can understand and follow the program, Brandi was professional and personable I really enjoyed taking this course and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning to ride 2 or 3 wheel.
