What repair shop owner leaves their customers on read or delivered does not respond or give updates? They keep your car and give you no updates so you do not know what is happening. But was very responsive in the beginning. I ended up having to take my car to another shop after a month of excuses and delivered messages around the block ALL OUT PERFORMANCE on 13720 SW 143rd Ct. Then when I told him I needed my car back kept giving me alternative days to pick it up. Had my car for a month of no work to show and telling me he can't give my car back the day I need it. Told me I was going to receive my deposit back and it's been 2 months I have my car finished by another shop and no deposit was sent back. The work that I needed done was a fiberglass fitment and to align the hood.

Contacted A.I. again regarding my missing parts, at first they wanted me to send the whole kit back after it took over a month (01/17/2026) to get it, are you kidding me. I did end up sending my kit on return, 2/19/2026. Supposedly a new kit was already on its way as a replacement. Now it's 03/02/2026 and still no kit and no date for delivery. Meanwhile I've been ordering and receiving parts from other distributors whose suppliers are also in the EU without incident. I have established manufacturing processes from concept to production in less time than it has taken to get this kit. They have a week, after that I have to do the sensible thing and cancel/refund the order. I do believe this is the worst experience I have had with a supplier. I've had some rough ones before, wow have these guys raised the bar.

Soon after my purchase, I took the Jet Ski to the sea, but it suddenly stopped working due to water getting into the engine. When I returned to Riva, they charged me $192 just to assess the issue. To my dismay, they informed me that the repairs would cost an additional $1,900. To add to my frustration, the A/C on the ATV also malfunctioned shortly after purchase, with one of the hoses blowing out. They offered the same assessment fee of $192, claiming that they needed to evaluate it. It's worth noting that I had previously purchased a Robalo 360 in 2024, three Yamaha Jet Skis from Key Largo, and an EZ Golf Car, all of which had zero issues. It's surprising how differently things have gone with Riva Motor Sport in Miami. In the end, their handling of these situations has unfortunately led to losing a potentially loyal customer.
