Comments on shipping need better accuracy. When I'm ordering anything I need at least a rough timeframe to schedule, not a couple of days that turns into a month or 2. From what I've been told they cannot control that time frame, good to know, I'll buy the part from the manufacturer next time. Packaging at A.I. is a --itshow, not only did I receive my parts late, I received a component of someone else's kit, and I'm missing pieces from my kit. Contacted A.I. again regarding my missing parts, at first they wanted me to send the whole kit back after it took over a month (01/17/2026) to get it, are you kidding me. I did end up sending my kit on return, 2/19/2026. Supposedly a new kit was already on its way as a replacement. Now it's 03/02/2026 and still no kit and no date for delivery. Meanwhile I've been ordering and receiving parts from other distributors whose suppliers are also in the EU without incident. I have established manufacturing processes from concept to production in less time than it has taken to get this kit. They have a week, after that I have to do the sensible thing and cancel/refund the order. I do believe this is the worst experience I have had with a supplier. I've had some rough ones before, wow have these guys raised the bar. read more

Could have sworn it said in stock when I ordered, if not it sure looked like it was in stock. After I ordered and got no tracking for a week I looked and now it said "ships in 5-10 days" After waiting 2 full weeks (10 business days) I emailed and asked where tracking info was. They replied the next monday saying it was stuck in customs from Germany. I didn't receive it until exactly 28 days later. A whole month. I despise these middle man companies where you pay extra for them to take twice as long because it has to ship to them before they turn around and ship it to you. I found it $40 cheaper from somewhere who would ship in 1-3 days only after I purchased. Had a discrepancy with an order; historically purchased a motorcycle fairing and needed a replacement shield. Called to verify and purchase an exact replacement to which the exact one was disclosed. Fast forward part was not the same and non-conforming (was not the previous part ordered in the past) Called customer service and spoke with Alfredo to whom talked over me the whole time and gave excuses after excuses why I received the wrong part. Customer service etiquette surely lacked. After trying to get a word in edgeway I was told I have to wait for a refund and then place another order. Asked for a potential discount for the reorder due to this not being my fault and the company sent me the wrong one to which I had to wait awhile to receive in the first place. Knowing also I'd have to wait that much longer to receive the right part. Response was we don't give discounts and it's not our fault you received the wrong part. To which concluded with Alfredo saying to return the wrong part, wait for your refund and don't order from us again. Absolutely appalling! This crappy company and their inability to care about the customer is what we can expect now that Millennials and Gen Z have taken over the bulk of the workforce. ZERO customer service!!! I ordered a part that the website claimed to ship in 2-5 days, but they didn't actually have the part in stock. A week later, I called to find out why I hadn't received a tracking number, only to find out the part was on backorder for at least 5-6 weeks. No apology or offer to try to make it right. When I finally received the part, it was mislabeled and didn't fit my bike. I then had to pay $50 just to ship it back. I spoke with a moron named "Walley," and he assured me that since this was CLEARLY not my fault and since I had to come out of pocket to ship back the wrong part, he would send out the new one with 2-day priority. That was two weeks ago, and now I just got a tracking confirmation that I'll be receiving the new part next Monday. This business won't be around much longer, and if it is, it will only be because our society has decided that this is just the way we're all supposed to live moving forward. I, for one, will NEVER do business with this company again. All I can do now is just sit back and laugh at these post Gen- Xers when they all cry about how they can't afford to buy anything. Good! I bought a Hard-Krome exhaust system for my Yamaha V Star, $650. They have this trumped up video on these pipes and the warranty. When they arrived, right out of the box there is blistered chroming. Ordered air filter for motorcycle. Sent me improper size. Informed them of the mistake and was told they would send me out the proper bolts immediately. But I was told they were sending me the bolts I already had, which were too big. Informed them of this. But I never heard back about it. Very knowledgeable staff and great service. Out of the several companies I've dealt with before, I've never been given such good and caring advice like this. I was very interested in the K5 AGV helmet because of the sleek look and style. I stopped by to check the helmets out and I knew it was exactly what I wanted, the staff sized me to make sure I was getting the correct size in that specific helmet. I thought I knew my size but the staff explained that depending on the brand of the helmet, the sizes may vary in fit! I was ready to take the helmet home but there was one small problem, it was a bit too expensive! I brought this up to the staff and they called another staff member, Alex, who came down and applied an additional discount for me but unfortunately the cost was still slightly out of my range. Alex then suggested the AGV K3 helmet that I had never come across! He explained that the style of the helmet would be basically identical, and that the biggest differences were in the materials which were used to make the helmet. Basically, the K3 was the entry level version of the K5 and it was exactly what I was looking for! There was one in stock which was perfect and because I was saving myself a significant amount of money compared to the K5, I even was able to snag a deal on a half helmet they had in stock which matched perfectly with the K3 which I was buying! Now, I've got two helmets which I use depending on where I'm going and the type of riding I'm doing! So so happy! It's so nice to get great service and see a business trying to help their customer rather than try to take advantage to benefit themselves. Awesome stuff, will be back. read more

It does not fit my bike properly, the rack does not lock in like it supposed so I contacted them about a return policy. I'm shit out of luck because I opened the package.
