I have actually not received a bill for what's due. Now I'm not getting cpap supplies. I'm assuming because of the "past due bill". My account was also disabled which prevented me from signing in. That was another process to deal with. I can't even use my cpap because I need supplies that badly. I've had this machine since late October and I have only gotten a few cushions to replace. The Velcro on the head gear is so worn out it doesn't stick anymore. I am frustrated to tears with this.

Whichever you decide to do, look for the appropriate clip board to sign in at. One is for walk-ins and the other is for appointments. I went pretty late and it wasn't busy. My only major complaint is that I called before I went in, told them what I needed and asked if I could get it today. They told me yes and when I arrived, they didn't have all sizes available. Only extra small and large. It was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they said they wouldn't be able to get it until the following Monday from their Clinton location because they were closing for the holiday. A little frustrating because I would have gone to the Clinton location to begin with had I known. It was too late by the time I was seen. They were very nice and both braces were going to cost me almost $300 which I would have gladly paid that day (it hurt so bad) but I ended up ordering some from Amazon which worked just fine and were only $20.

"Oh we received that early this morning, but it requires an 'inspection and fitting' and our Dr (I swear) just left to make hospital rounds and isn't available for another 6 days. At this point I can't help but laugh through the pain. 4 days later, -they- call, unbeknownst to themselves I already have an appt, they ask if I'd like to make one (yes, 4 days post-receiving brace), but no, I'd rather wait only 2 days rather than 7, so I keep the original one. I show up and following an awkward hour wait in the pediatric room surrounded by sticky toys (I'm 35) the "Dr" shows up and proceeds to teach me the wonders of Velcro straps. 5 mins later I have a terribly fitting brace that took nearly two weeks to get, and I barely care enough to tell them (neither do they care when I mention) that the pads they so precisely measured press directly into my injury so badly that I can't even wear this meticulously hand-built, hinged, carbon fiber waste of time they probably billed my insurance an ungodly amount for. But at this point who cares? I'm practically healed on my own by now, and they made their $3k, win-win, amiright? So a 1-star on Yelp for a place that you likely don't have a choice other than to suffer through, and they surely don't care because it's like bashing the post office. Should they care? Yeah. Do they? Lol.

I previously complimented the staff at Beaumont Physical Therapy, Warren before we knew that the…read moredamage in my shoulder was way more involved than just a rotator cuff tear. Assuming that it was just rotator cuff (pre-MRI), their staff was great and I regained most of my range of motion. When it didn`t continue to improve, an MRI was ordered and I had a fairly major surgery, disconnecting the biceps tendon and repairing the rotator cuff. Though my surgeon worked out of Henry Ford, I chose to return to Beaumont PT and they did not disappoint; in fact, I couldn`t be happier with the results! Recovery was projected to be six months. I started PT approximately a month post-op, and two months of PT later, I have regained FULL range of motion. I can do MANY things that I was unable to before the surgery! I still have home work on a daily basis, and there`s some (slight but expected) discomfort at times, but I never thought that I`d have healed this much, this soon. My surgeon was also very impressed with the progress I made, thanks for my care at Beaumont Physical Therapy. A heartfelt thanks to Gillian and Sean who provided my care. They are not only great therapists; they are genuinely concerned with the patient`s well being. As an added bonus, they are both wonderful people, who make the process fun! I didn`t look forward to PT, but I always looked forward to seeing them. Kudos to them, Stephanie who assisted, and the rest of the Beaumont PT staff. You rock!!
