I'd wake up in the morning and feel very nauseous. I could hardly work, look at a computer or even work out. Even putting on shoes was painful. The vertigo was affecting my balance, giving me headaches and making me so nauseous. When I came in, I told them my story and they diagnosed me with positional vertigo and gave me some exercises to do to help the vertigo. Guess what - they worked! I've been doing the workouts every day and so far the vertigo has subsided! Most importantly, besides the exercises they have educated me on vertigo, and potential causes. My husband has to tell the staff member (no clue what their qualifications are) that the person she was looking for was in room 4 as he heard every detail of the event through the walls. Luckily we are only dealing with bones and ligaments? I guess HIPPA doesn't apply to orthopedic patients? Oh, but it does. We then get a call from a third party ( the next day) asking us to verify the delivery address for the right knee scooter the dr ordered. Since my husband has a left ankle issue, I obviously didn't verify our address for delivery of room number 4's scooter. Such a disaster. We are now in need of a second opinion as we have zero confidence in all aspects of this practice.
