Upon arrival I was in the waiting room just long enough to fill out the info sheet then a very pleasant young lady usured me into the back for x-rays. During the exam the dentist spent time with me discussing options and what needed to be done, then asked if there were any questions that I had giving me his undivided attention. My doctor isn't that patient! Then I was off to accounting for payment options if I needed any financial assistance etc. Very knowledgeable young lady. Update, well I tried to call the "customer service line" to work things out and got voicemail SURPRISE. So I have decided to expand on my review a bit I paid up front for my procedure and was assured I was good to go, after wards I was informed that the wrong tooth had been filled and that was a "freebie" then was charged 400 $ after I was told I was paid up. Upon receiving my bill I called the local office to find out why this mystery bill had showed up whoever I talked to said they would look into it and gave me his personal guarantee that it would stay out of collections until the investigation process was complete. One week later a collections notice shows up. Just stay away from this place, unless you're into laziness, incompetence, and lies.
