I had my husband drop off a bag of clothes to be cleaned on July 28. They told him it would be…read moreready the following Friday. he went to pick them Up that day, and was told they weren't ready yet. He went ahead and paid since he was there. He checked back Monday and they didn't have them yet, yesterday they were closed, today they tell him there is "no record" of the transaction in their "system." That was half my wardrobe, most of my work clothes. I had two suits in there that had designer labels on them, but the real reason I'm so upset is because both of them are gifts. One of the dresses in there was a gift from my husband, one was my "concert dress." ( I teach music). I think they saw the nice designer clothes and someone yeeted them, and now they're trying to say he already picked them up because he paid for them. Do not go here. If anything changes in the near future I'll update, unless and until they get my clothes back to me, im going to blow them up on every site I possibly can. they send it out to another location, and I'm Thinking I'll find out which one and go park my big azz there until they produce my stuff.

I'm sure it's awesome if you just want one suit pressed. Don't come if you just want to drop off laundry.

This was the third try and still not the best. I have to admit, my clothing did get cleaned but it was such a dirty location. They even had an attendant on duty, so I can't figure out WHY SO DIRTY....the washers are filthy. I didn't want to even put my body against them while I put my clothes in and out. The tops where you put the clothing in was filthy, I wanted to ask her for a cleaning cloth to clean it before I washed my dirty clothing in it. It cost $2.50 per load to wash the clothing, and .25 cents per 5 minutes to dry them per load. I guess that is about average, but much more expensive than I am used to in Nashville, Tn. I am still looking for a laundry mat to be happy with. If anyone is looking for a business to start...a clean laundry mat with wifi would be a start.

I spoke with the employee about this and he seemed plagued by not knowing how to deal with/enforce this issue. I suggested he may need to call the police. While this attendant came through regularly sweeping, there was no sanitizing of the machines with what seemed to be a pretty full house on a Sunday afternoon. These machines are very outdated -- some appearing as if they could be from the 50/60s (no joke). Not even a place for bleach which I DEF would need to sanitize clothes in this unsanitized establishment. I came prepared to wash 6-7 loads but was completely creeped out with the issues stated above so I only washed two comforter loads given I had just driven 40 min based on the Google reviews for this location vs laundromats in Huntington. I couldn't even take pics as I wanted to leave the place ASAP.

Our comforter was bought on Amazon so I have pictures and the receipt for when I purchased the comforter. The comforter they sent back to us has a brown border on it, my comforter was all white and down filled. If the comforter they sent back was worth $25 I would be surprised! We have called several times to complain and today they told us they are not convinced that we are telling the truth and would not be doing anything about it! CONSUMER BEWARE!

I finally remembered this location..and thank goodness it was still there!!! Dirty and Run down, but still there.. It cost $2.75 per wash for a single top loader and .25 cents per 15 minutes to dry..and I had 3 loads to wash..There was a attendant on duty and she was very helpful and nice..and I was able to buy 10 wire hangers for $1 from their dry cleaning department. I was so happy to find the location..and it was a much needed job to complete..so I definitely will go here again..only because there is not much competition in this area for laundry mats and I have not bought one for my home yet...so I will be back..

I want to say the work was really good. Had both pants hemmed and the waist taken in on both. They were more expensive than other places to do the hems, but a little cheaper to take in the waist when we spoke on the phone. When I got there it was considerably more expensive for both and more than what was quoted on the phone. I needed the pants in a hurry and she said would be done by Monday (which was awesome since it was a short week with the July 4th holiday). The pants were ready Monday morning and again the work was really good. I would recommend making sure you double check the cost. They also are open until 7 pm during the week, which was a big help being able to get my pants down there after work.

There were travel baskets in there for moving your clothes from place to place and the people in there also doing their clothes were friendly. Nice safe place to take care of your laundry business. The machine says one price but then they charge you another price a higher price. I don't suggest anyone go there. I will never go there again. They're bad for business. The machines don't work. They take your money and don't be refunded. Then they lie to you when you call them. I give them a -4 out of 10.
