I want to say the work was really good. Had both pants hemmed and the waist taken in on both. They were more expensive than other places to do the hems, but a little cheaper to take in the waist when we spoke on the phone. When I got there it was considerably more expensive for both and more than what was quoted on the phone. I needed the pants in a hurry and she said would be done by Monday (which was awesome since it was a short week with the July 4th holiday). The pants were ready Monday morning and again the work was really good. I would recommend making sure you double check the cost. They also are open until 7 pm during the week, which was a big help being able to get my pants down there after work.

I went back on the way home after work and they were there, just was an inconvenience. 2nd time was no problem at all. New to the dry-cleaning game, but about $12 per coat.

The store was apologetic and promised to have it altered in house. When I picked up the suit a second time the sleeves came all the way down to my fingers. I had to buy material glue strips to fix it myself. And the broken clasp on the pants never was fixed, so it stuck out the entire wedding ceremony. Don't rent here for your wedding. I bought two suits four shirts and a tie. She was great at customer service. Both suits needed alterations. The first one was finished in a couple of days, it was a perfect fit. Hoda said that she was going on vacation and their alterations person would be gone on vacation also. A few days later I received a call from Men's Whse and they said my second suit was ready for pick up. I drove the hour back to pick it up and it looked like someone had wadded it up and left it in the back of a closet somewhere. It was late in the evening and I needed the suit for a trip so I took it. There was no explanation other than they had to ship it to someone to get altered because their person was on vacation. On the way home, I got angrier the more I thought about it. I had spent a lot of money on the suits and it looked terrible, even beyond the wrinkles it was not altered very well. I called to speak with the manager the next day, I first talked to the assistant manager then I had to call back around noon to get the store mgr. he said to bring it in, another hour up and back, and they would steam it. They took all of 5 minutes to steam it. It still looked like crap, I asked where Hoda was and what days does she work. They said,"well they don't know exactly, just whenever she comes in. Anyway, the customer service when Hoda is not there is horrible. I'm taking the suit to have someone, who knows what they are doing, fix the sleeve alterations and have the suit professionally pressed. Don't go there if you want good customer service, without Hoda, it's terrible!

This is going to be a long and detailed review, I contacted Nate over a…read moreweek before Halloween I showed him some artwork that I wanted silk screened for shirts for our business, I design my own artwork he said it could be done no problem, now for the record I will state they have done a lot of embroidery for me in the past and the quality has been very nice, so I finally talked to Chrissy she gave me some prices they were high two different designs, I ordered a most 90 shirts I showed her one design and she said it would be $12.50 a shirt, I said wow and her response was yeah it's because it takes so many screens to get all them colors she said she could cut the price down to $10 if I cut some of the screens back and used only three colors I said let me call you back within 5 minutes I said I would pay the $12.50 a shirt to get what we wanted we paid up front almost $1, 200 before Halloween we needed this merchandise before Black Friday the selling ourstoree, they have failed to be able to deliver the artwork then they say it can't be done, which I know is untrue so after not liking what they're putting together I declined it this is 6 weeks later may I add, then she said we can get it to what you want now it's going to be $16.50 I should no that's not what we agreed, now let me point this out I moved to Charlotte North Carolina I had cheaper prices here and the quality would have been perfect I went back to in stitches just because I like my embroidery work then after Black Friday no apparel going into the first week of December still nothing we needed it for Christmas then I asked for a refund she said let me work this out we can make it happen then when she couldn't I refund you I'll call you and give you a refund Monday morning this is been over a week ago I have contact her about the refund I've had no response now she's sitting on $1, 200 of our money and we have no products and now $1, 200 still she has not done anything directed by the situation or give us a refund on a product now our business is taking a huge hit for having no Apparel in our store, I have several emails to back this up and her excuse was I said we never get it exactly right it would be close, after all this chaos I'm trying to get my shirts done does she already hit me for a high price for then wanted more money and I still have no refund and now it's December 13th she will come back at this review with several excuses I have every email of a conversation I wish I had the phone conversations recorded but that I don't, they always have been slow even on my embroidery that's the reason why I put the order in for these shirts several weeks before but now I can't even get a refund as she promised to do over a week ago this is very bad business if someone did their business this way they would be extremely upset so I caution everyone before you do business with this company with business ethics like this to be very cautious I am still out of money and have no merchandise and they have done nothing to try to fix the situation so my so step is small claims court so if this is the kind of business that you want to deal with be very cautious I have been a loyal customer to them because of my embroidery I moved out of state and I still go back to them after getting higher prices and still paid them and this is how they do me there are other companies in Charleston area that does good work and that is cheaper and there's a lot more professional do yourself a favor and go somewhere else I am a businessman I have own my own business and since 1997 I've I've business longer than in stitches I will never return as a customer to this company and I hope that you're cautious if you consider about doing business with this company she we'll come back with some lame excuse and if she does I will post every email conversation under this to where you can see how I was done do not fall for their shenanigans.
