After standing there for approximately 3-5 minutes without any assistance, I decided to leave. As I was already outside, the same employee who had been peeking out finally came out and said "wait," but by that point I had already decided to go elsewhere. Customer service should start the moment a customer walks through the door. Ignoring someone while they stand at the counter is unacceptable.
