I am a contractor and I've purchased a few different trailers over the years and by far this was the best experience I've ever had. when I left I felt I had made a great decision buying from here !! However, when numbers were presented, the price suddenly jumped to $87,700. I was told this was due to "market value," because these trucks are hard to come by they told me essentially adding over $5,000 above sticker . Given my recent purchase history with them, I found this approach extremely disappointing and honestly insulting. That same day, I went to Riverhead Ford and purchased the exact same truck $82,000 which was below sticker price with a straightforward and transparent process. Unfortunately, this experience has completely lost my trust in this dealership. I will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere and avoid these bait and switch techniques.

From the moment I stepped inside the dealership, I was greeted with the same warm atmosphere and friendly attitude that I experienced during my first visit & this time I had the pleasure of working with Sevi Marr as my sales representative. Not only was she extremely helpful and knowledgable about the different vehicles, she was extremely kind, patient, understanding, and honest as she worked relentlessly to make sure that she could work out the best deal she possibly could for me (even through multiple rounds of back and forth negotiations)! I definitely recommend her being your representative if she is in / available because she is truly second to none! Thanks to her & all of her hard work, I came out with a beautiful car that met all of my needs at an amazing price! For about two months, I barely drove it--then the transmission started having issues. I took the car to my mechanic. The warranty I purchased from the dealer wouldn't help resolve the issue unless I provided proof that it was the transmission. My mechanic refused to provide that because it's a known manufacturer's defect. I called Happy Auto Sale to request a refund on the warranty. After several calls, they completely ghosted me--no follow-up, no communication. Bottom line: Buyer beware. What looks good upfront may leave you stranded.

do not ever buy a car from this place if i could leave zero stars i would. i drove four hours to…read moreget a 2019 dodge charger that they claimed had never been damaged and had no issues at all. turns out the cars been hit multiple times and the coolant tank was full to the brim with motor oil and stop leak. i had to replace the whole cooling system and hydraulic lines i went back and forth with the owner for two weeks before he finally sent a check to pay for the damages and then after that was fixed my mechanic said theres something wrong with my back breaks and my front left tire AND my check engine light is still on after fixing the coolant issue. these people are big fat liars just trying to make as much money as they can off people. the owner claimed their mechanic checked out this car a week before i came to buy it well they need a better mechanic then because i find it hard to believe a mechanic wouldn't notice a coolant tank full of oil. this place is a joke and i would've rather bought a car off facebook marketplace than a shitty dealer like this one.
