I bought a car from them in November. The sales process was fine. Everyone was friendly (Of course they will be, they're trying to sell you something lol) But nice nonetheless. Now the actual car itselt. it was giving me so much problems for a newly bought car. It wasn't new. It was obviously used, but I thought it would be able to have basic functions. I was wrong. At the point of January I had already bought the car in two times to get fixed and nothing. Now it's April and have bought it two more times since then and still nothing. I spoke to Ed, He was nice, but it kind of felt like I was bringing my car in to him to get fixed and it may be just sat there. It wasn't until I had a customer come up to me at my job and give me a recommendation, that I then told the shop to do to my car and when they did it, one problem was fixed. But now it's just one problem after the other, i'm at a point now whether there's so many things wrong with the car that it's actually dangerous to drive, I can't drive it on any main road. At this point, I'm just gonna wait for my six months to be up and just trade it in. The people there are very nice but they stop giving a damn after they sell the car. Just my take (: read more

I brought a car from them, and with in two day a warning light came on, long story short, they sent me to two different mechanics nine different times still no fix, and on top of that they had to have know that the car had other recalls, one of which the manufacturer says that there is no fix for, they pass the buck to people that you are not able to actually talk to and won't answer your calls, also if they order repairs they will not give you any repair orders as they should, so you have no proof that they tried to fix the problem, and so I would stay far away for them. read more

Liars and cheats!! DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THIS PLACE!! Bought a used car and found out it had problems while STILL UNDER their 90 day/4,500 warranty but they did nothing! Brought the car back multiple times (one time it was there for 4 days) and was told all repairs were done. Brought the car to my mechanic to find out it was a lie. They keep telling me I have to speak to the owner who conveniently is never there or available by phone. Stay far away from this place!! I hope this saves someone else from being screwed!! I dropped by Unlimited to check inventory, and when I told the owner what I had in mind, he replied that I'm going about my search "all wrong." When I said that I know what I'm looking for, he became extremely rude and arbitrarily accused me of telling him how to run his business. What an inappropriate thing to say to a potential customer. So I left immediately and will not be going back. How unfortunate, because whether large or small, I prefer to shop locally.
