Days and in-fact over a month would go by with no one showing to complete the promised week and a half job. The owner Would not come and see what was going on because he was doing the home show. My new house was trashed and I was told it didn't matter because it was unoccupied. The only reason it was unoccupied was because I was waiting for the work to be done. I was told I could move stuff in so I did. Most of my plants died due to the 30 degree weather in February of 2023. Finally after approx 1 month the owner was done with preparing for and attending the home show and asked me what my problem was. "Are you missing a light fixture? Is there an outlet out of place? All along I had been telling him nobody was working on my house He told me to take pictures and send to him of what I thought the problem was. He knew I didn't have elec the whole time but how condescending, how arrogant. Meanwhile I was sleeping on a mattress in my rental because all my belongings were in my new house that was sometimes left unsecured late at night when I stopped by after working a 16 hour day. I missed my move out date on my rental house but since I had been there ten years my landlord let me stay and pay another month. I also have in text that Ryan said he would pay my rent for that month because the job was not done as promised, which he never did. He also after a month and a half, admitted in text that mistakes were made. I would show up late at night and my doors would be unlocked. I missed work so I could make sure things were secure. The one person that was in my house occasionally was supposed to be the one in charge told me he thought I was a Karen. He would sometimes leave his son here alone in the dark trying to work. When I would show up the kid would call his dad who would show up angry that I was even there. ( it was my house, my money paid.I was never mean to him. I begged him to please return the next day. I was also told by Ryan, the owner, not to contact the person in charge of my project to get any information on when he could return or he would charge me for the communications .Ryan in my experience, was rude, condescending ,and showed no respect for me.,Once I signed the contract and paid a deposit I was doomed. Now they turned me into collections for 11,000 + dollars. I already paid 7000 to be treated like crap. I also paid 6000 to another company to make my house safe and complete the job. If I had a second chance I would never have went with this company my newly purchased house has been a nightmare. I had no idea that someone who claims to be a veteran and respects me as one could be so dishonest I have text and emails that show the horrible way I was treated. I would literally take off work and sit in my driveway waiting for someone to show up and they did not. I have not posted until now because I was so emotionally drained. I worked 16 hour days. So much more went on, that It would take forever to post. I just hope no one else will be treated like this by this arrogant business owner also if anyone at this company has issues with this post , I printed every text, and have witnesses. I just know that karma will prevail if it hasn't already I was a customer until I signed that contract then I was the enemy just want also say that they came after me for the money I am an honest person and paid the difference between the quote and and what I paid to the new company. Had Sphere Solar do an install for me 5 years ago. They were pretty quick and did a decent job but…read morethey ghosted me when I needed service. The combiner box was showing an error signal and was not able to connect to the wifi. Talking with enphase they thought it was a loose neutral and told me to call Sphere Solar to send a technician out soon since my warranty expired next month. I gave Sphere Solar a call and they picked up, when I told them what enphase said they said they would get back to me about scheduling the technician. Suprised they couldn't schedule right away. Now a week later, they haven't called me, I've tried calling almost every day, left multiple voice mails, and sent a few emails but they never responded or picked up the phone. Edit: After posting the review, they reached out to me. Sounds like the person responsible for the residential customer service was out of office and the communication lines didn't get transferred to another person. Glad tthat they are fixing that now.

I was always interested in solar for my home and his information and explanations convinced me to go down that path. After deciding on a system, Edwin's crew went to work. They showed up with masks (all of them) and immediately downloaded all of the equipment (42 panels and inverters). We all went over all of the equipment and made sure we had the right quantities. The crew cleaned the work area (roof and yard) every day. Once the final inspections were approved, they turned on the system and showed me how the system was reporting the production and was actually spinning the electric meter in the opposite direction. It was truly a great experience working with SphereSolar Energy and I'm looking forward to promoting their efforts in the community.
