Talking with enphase they thought it was a loose neutral and told me to call Sphere Solar to send a technician out soon since my warranty expired next month. I gave Sphere Solar a call and they picked up, when I told them what enphase said they said they would get back to me about scheduling the technician. Suprised they couldn't schedule right away. Now a week later, they haven't called me, I've tried calling almost every day, left multiple voice mails, and sent a few emails but they never responded or picked up the phone. Edit: After posting the review, they reached out to me. Sounds like the person responsible for the residential customer service was out of office and the communication lines didn't get transferred to another person. Glad tthat they are fixing that now.

I was always interested in solar for my home and his information and explanations convinced me to go down that path. After deciding on a system, Edwin's crew went to work. They showed up with masks (all of them) and immediately downloaded all of the equipment (42 panels and inverters). We all went over all of the equipment and made sure we had the right quantities. The crew cleaned the work area (roof and yard) every day. Once the final inspections were approved, they turned on the system and showed me how the system was reporting the production and was actually spinning the electric meter in the opposite direction.
