I heard from the other patients in the waiting room that this was typical behavior for this office. There were about ten other people waiting. Dr. Kincaid and her office should treat patient's with respect and be respectful of people's time. If the doctor wants to spend more time with patients, she should spread the appointment times out more. Making us wait that long for a morning appointment is just rude. I can't imagine how long the afternoon patients must wait. In addition, the office smelled very strongly of Glade Plug Ins which is hard on some people's lungs. Overall, a terrible experience. I highly recommend going to any other podiatrist.
