And they aren't proactive about telling you so. Customer Service at the call center has been OK, but they never seem to have the correct answer or current information. I was told today that the truck was 4 stops away and would pick up today. That's been 4 hours ago. I understand the drivers work from 2 AM to 2:30 PM and can't go over that due to federal regulations per the Call Center. Excuses have been from broken truck to short staffed to holiday to weather. At some point, would you not get caught up? And ya don't have a back up truck?? Extremely disappointed with them as they once were like clockwork. I do not recommend Republic Waste.

I chose Mary and Michelle because they not only take your garbage but also donate worthwhile items to the homeless in your stead. Very sweet women and very fair service!
