I needed money wired from my account to complete a purchase of a condominium. I thought it would take a few days to wire the money. But to my surprise, it was received the next day and the title company was able to complete the transaction and close the loan that day! They completely understood my situation and did everything they could to help me with it! They bent over backwards - knowing that I could save some money if I closed early and they made it happen! Wells Fargo gave me the wrong letter several times and this week told me the letter I need needs to come from the Legal team. Branch Manager refused to send template to legal team because the print is too small. The money I have been trying to access has been on hold now for 4 months. In order for me to apply for another good credit card, I had to wait for my score to increase from Bank of America made my score decrease because they closed my account. Stating this again, without ANYONE CONTACTING ME WITHOUT ANY WARNING or TRYING TO FIND A SOLUTION! Never late, always on time, great payment history, and usage of the credit line.
