Since 2020 I have been doing business with Aaron's and we have been good customers paying out…read moremultiple items. One item has been washer and dryer sets. Two of the same type. GE brand machines. Just days after paying the lease off on the first set the washer started to make horrible grinding noises. It was serviced and returned yet still making the same noise. They opted to sell me a new set for half the price so there being a years lease rather than two. Now on 1-23-23 the new lease was paid off but guess where the washer was? Being serviced yet again for the same issue as the first machine. Aarons picked it up on 12-5-22 and returned it on 2-1-23. The very first load of laundry washed the machine was making the same LOUD GRIND sound. I have reached out now two separate times and am told the manager will call me. This is not the way to do business. Appliances should not be this short lived especially at Aaron's lease type pricing.

My wife and I originally went in to take a look around and simply visit the new business. We were…read morejust beginning to look at new beds because was ready to be replaced. What we didn't expect was the quality of the mattresses and frames, and the very down-to-earth and knowledgeable owner and staff. What they sell is American made, and it's really high quality. These aren't cheap components, and you can tell once you use them. The old saying, "You get what you pay for" is indeed true. We spent over two hours in the store, laying on mattresses to try them out. This was at the suggestion of Derrick (owner). There was no rush, no push to buy, just information, questions answered, and a whole lot of relaxation! In the end, we found, much to my surprise, the exact mattress for us. We had one of those air beds for 10 years-I wouldn't own another one. I figured we would get a coil mattress, since I'd slept on those memory foam mattresses and hated them. What we ended up purchasing was a natural latex mattress (Posh + Lavish) and adjustable frame. The first night we slept in it, I couldn't believe the difference! I didn't wake up feeling tired, nor did I toss and turn all night. Plus, before the purchase, we were shown how to adjust the frame (head and feet) for a "zero gravity" feel to allow for better sleep. It worked. Enough said. My wife and I can adjust our individual sides of the bed during the night and never awaken the other. The frames are sooooo quiet!!! I can't say enough about Derrick-family oriented, no pressure, and he and his brother delivered/set up our new bed and removed the old. If you're in the market for a new mattress/frame/pillows, or just want to get an idea, visit All American Mattress-you certainly won't be disappointed!
