While driving into our neighbor's backyard, the crane cracked the concrete slabs in the neighbor's backyard. We have three witnesses that heard the crane operator stating that it would be fine, as well as video footage of the operator admitting his mistake. Since hearing that we have three witnesses who can attest to the operator's error that led to over $7000 of concrete damage, the owner has been ignoring and avoiding our phone calls, as well as our neighbor's phone calls. This company has improperly trained crane operators, as well as management that refuses to take accountability. We will be seeking action against them to rectify the damage that they are liable for.
