As everyone else has said, these guys are excellent. If you want flexible people who will provide…read moreloving care for your doggie look no further. These guys know what dogs want to do with their day. They took our French Bulldog puppy out after we had a short briefing for their dogs to meet him on neutral ground. We let them know what to expect for him: he gets hot so dunking him in water is good, he loves to play with other doggies, he loves sticks and fetch, off leash is ok, he pukes sometimes, etc. They took him back to play in a big yard then to the beach where they took tons of pictures and videos of him having a blast which they also emailed to me. He came back to us tired and happy. Dropping him off and picking him up was easy and they are reasonably priced. I will definitely leave my doggie with them if I come back up to South Lake.

Amit and DD puppy-sat our dog, Rocket, for one full day. It was my first time letting someone outside of our immediate family watch her, so I was pretty nervous and worried. Plus, she tends to be a little apprehensive of other dogs off bat. The second I met them, however, they immediately put me and Rocket at ease. They showed up with three other dogs in tow. Not only did they offer to meet in the dogs' neutral territory in front of the Heavenly gondola, which was so convenient, they immediately wanted to walk all of them together to ensure that the dogs felt comfortable with each other. And it worked! Throughout Rocket's stay, Amit and DD were open and communicative - sending us pictures of Rocket playing in the snow and walking along the beach. Definitely got me to set my worries aside. Plus, it ensured that she was getting a good work out. When we were done snowboarding, they came to meet us in front of the gondola, with a happy Rocket leading the leash. On the way home, Rocket immediately napped, which meant she got some good exercise. Afterward, there were even a couple of unexpected perks, including some still shots that they took of Rocket, which were all emailed and posted on their FB page. Definitely will be recommending them to my friends and family, and will be happy to call them again next time Rocket is in Tahoe!

My senior cat was suffering from advanced arthritis and was in a lot of pain. I was referred to…read moreDr. Gaynor by my regular vet for advanced stem cell therapy. It was not a fun process to go through, having to put my senior cat under general anesthesia (always risky) for the fat sample extraction, but in the end, it was totally worth it. The stem cells are injected, and then it takes approximately 90 days for the full effect of the treatment. I waited until 4 months to do this review. The treatment was successful for my cat and it has made a big improvement in the quality of his life, as he has much less pain and more mobility, and is generally more like his old self! Dr. Gaynor has another veterinary partner that he works with to perform some of the procedures. There was a bit of communication breakdown in regard to my cat's previous veterinary records and his negative reaction to certain medications. But overall, I was very happy with the experience of working with Dr. Gaynor. He was available by phone for our numerous questions beforehand (we don't live in the area), and in person provided additional information on what to expect during the process. He followed up to check on my cat's status at various stages. I am so thankful that he was available as an option for us.

I made an appointment for plasma infusion with Dr Gaynor.I do not not know if the therapy works,…read morehowever I will give you a quick briefing on my visit. From the outset there was never a meeting with this Dr. (as in he never even came out to say hi)The procedure required a sedation of my dog and the subsequent infusion.Returning to my vets office to retrieve my pet I was greeted by the DR's assistant. There was no report or post operative instructions, literally just a handing over of a credit card machine for payment. I hate to say this but the treatment was totally unprofessional, and rude
