We have had two dogs that took classes through Friends for life. Sterling came from Roswell animal…read moreshelter and had been abused. He was afraid of his own shadow at two years of age. Natalie and Jenn worked with him to get over his fears. They also volunteered to help find him when he got out of the yard at home. MG went through puppy class and loved socializing with the other puppies.

Natalie & Jenn are magic and we have learned SO much from them…read more Investing in their 'Lifetime' training package has been easily worth 3x as much as we paid for it. Here is the deal. We learned the hard way that a lot of trainers call themselves 'positive', but are anything but. After a different 'positive' trainer choked, pinched, and then shoved our 9lb puppy onto concrete because he was playing tug of war with his leash, we understood that there is a big difference between a truly force free dog trainer and one who uses 'positive' as a marketing buzzword. Following that experience I called Natalie to come meet our puppy, and we knew within 10 minutes that we wanted to work with her. Group lessons are great, but if you want the full experience, private lessons are the way to go. They came to our home and spent an hour each time helping us with calmness, loose leash walking, staying on a mat, table manners, door dashing, dog and human greetings, recall/come, and a positive relationship with our dog. This is on top of the basics of sit-stay-down-stand, which they also teach. They have endless knowledge and the ability to thoughtfully address biting, over arousal, pulling, guarding, reactivity, aggression, fear, barking, boredom, stealing, anxiety, etc. which they weave beautifully into training sessions that are tailored for each individual dog. They want your dog to be a dog, and they want your dog to really, truly enjoy life! Training sessions are fun, and there is no force or pain or fear involved. Our dog LOVES them both, and they are so awesome to hang out with. Natalie and Jenn are laid back, humorous, helpful, and full of experience and knowledge! What Natalie and Jenn have taught us has easily applied to other aspects of training; simply put, they teach you. . .not just your dog. I cannot say enough awesome things about them.

I have 3 rescue dogs. I absolutely love them to death. They are the sweetest, most loving animals…read morehere at home. Two of them are my problem children: a Rottweiler mix foster fail who is reactive to bikes and other dogs and occasionally nervous around people like visiting contractors or UPS men, and the other is a 100+ lb Brazilian mastiff rescue from Aruba who is not fond of other dogs. The two of them began showing increasingly worse dog aggression toward other dogs on the trail and while camping, and had attacked several dogs by the time I found Loyal Hound/Juliet. I was at my wit's end, because I had already spent thousands of dollars and tried everything including other trainers at that point with little to no progress. I felt stuck with 2 big problems for the next 6-8 years. I hike at least 3 miles every single day off leash on the trails by my house, and I love to camp with my dogs in the summer, but they became such a liability that walks became stressful and camping became impossible. I finally found Juliet with Loyal Hound, and for our very first session we met at a crowded park and were going to be doing off leash training right away. I was so nervous -- all the triggers were present: other people with dogs on leashes, dogs off leashes, people on bikes, squirrels -- so I was absolutely AMAZED when we were walking my Rottweiler off leash through a gaggle of geese, past people on bikes, and past other dogs within a few minutes with no problems. It was nothing short of a miracle. Within a few sessions, I had both of my dog aggressive dogs walking on and off leash next to me, passing other dogs (sometimes dogs that were even barking at them) on trails safely with no reactivity. I cannot explain in words how much of a difference this has made in my life -- I feel like I got my life back. If you have a dog aggressive dog, this is the place to go. It's WELL worth the investment, and you will be amazed at the difference you will see in your dog. Thank you Loyal Hound & Juliet!!

I have so many amazing things to say about this training with Juliet. I just had a follow up…read moresession, 4 months after our off leash training, because I had gotten a little lax with one of my dogs since I have a 1 year old and things are hectic. Within 5 minutes we were able to re-establish the training methods that work and get Hope back on track with easy leash walking. I am so impressed with her concise easy to follow instructions. I am looking forward to taking my two Samoyeds on walks again while walking my toddler in a stroller without having to worry that Hope will pull us. Trained dogs are safe dogs and I'd pay for the training with Juliet 10x over. Worth every penny! It makes my life easier as a single mom managing all the things to have two dogs that get to enjoy being outside with us because I trust them and they trust me. Don't hesitate if you need help with your dog!

My senior cat was suffering from advanced arthritis and was in a lot of pain. I was referred to…read moreDr. Gaynor by my regular vet for advanced stem cell therapy. It was not a fun process to go through, having to put my senior cat under general anesthesia (always risky) for the fat sample extraction, but in the end, it was totally worth it. The stem cells are injected, and then it takes approximately 90 days for the full effect of the treatment. I waited until 4 months to do this review. The treatment was successful for my cat and it has made a big improvement in the quality of his life, as he has much less pain and more mobility, and is generally more like his old self! Dr. Gaynor has another veterinary partner that he works with to perform some of the procedures. There was a bit of communication breakdown in regard to my cat's previous veterinary records and his negative reaction to certain medications. But overall, I was very happy with the experience of working with Dr. Gaynor. He was available by phone for our numerous questions beforehand (we don't live in the area), and in person provided additional information on what to expect during the process. He followed up to check on my cat's status at various stages. I am so thankful that he was available as an option for us.

From the outset there was never a meeting with this Dr. (as in he never even came out to say hi)The procedure required a sedation of my dog and the subsequent infusion.Returning to my vets office to retrieve my pet I was greeted by the DR's assistant. There was no report or post operative instructions, literally just a handing over of a credit card machine for payment. I hate to say this but the treatment was totally unprofessional, and rude
