I just bought yak bones and within 10 minutes my dogs dropped them on our tile floor and they shattered in such small pieces that they are unsafe to give them the bones. Don't shop around for food and treats, the staff have nothing but the best for your fur babies. I've been shopping here for my pups since I moved here a year and a half ago. We just added two more pups into our family. The food and treats are top notch, the staff really know what they are talking about. Another thing I love about Fresh Tracks is they don't try to sell you bull crap or take advantage of you. The quality of food choices is awesome, if you think the prices are high you are nuts. I've done price comparisons and they beat or are the same as online options. Wonderful place to shop for your pet. I have two cats. They carry all the brands and variety of food that I purchase. The owner Steve is very nice and knowledgeable. He also carries a variety of snacks and toys that bought two of. Our cats a wild about them. They are different from anywhere else I have shopped in the valley. What a wonderful store owned by such nice people. Their selection is great and somehow they fit it all in a small footprint. The couple that owns Fresh Tracks has a genuine passion for pets. All of their items are hand picked and stocked so you can find just what you need quickly and easily. They were incredibly helpful looking for a harness and jacket that fit my pup (who is hard to fit). On top of that, there is an excellent pet wash that is well priced and easy to use. If you are in the area and need anything for your pet you should definitely stop by. Be sure to bring your dog by because they have some sample treats around and they love meeting new pups. read more

My dog has severe allergies. Food & environmental. I spent thousands & thousands of dollars at my vet & a specialty allergist in Denver trying to figure it out with little to no real help for m dog. I told Steve my very long drawn out story, Steve sold me a $85 dollar mail in yourself allergy test kit. 2 weeks later I had all the info I needed. They spent a lot of time with me going over all he results. Found a food Pupper was not allergic too and he is FINALLY doing better. They had hemp bedding, pure Cotten blankets. Supplements to help the n the aid of soothing his infected skin. Pupper and I will be forever grateful for all your help. You guys are Rock Stars in my book. read more

I am visiting my parents for a few weeks in Vail with my dog. For $18 I got to use a do it yourself bath wash. I was greeted by the owners who are a very nice married couple. She helped me find the best treats for my dog and he was very polite at showing me how to use the bath tub. Awesome spot to have in town and is my new go to for anything for my dog. read more
