I have called and left numerous voicemails (their website alleges response in 1 to 2 hours) none of which has elicited a reply. I have also sent many emails which get an auto-reply but nothing more. Today a crew finally showed up very briefly, did almost nothing, and left without even getting rid the oak seeds hanging off my gutter guards. The only thing that has been prompt or adequate was the very speedy arrival of the invoice for this pathetic service. I don't know what has happened to this company but they have completely failed to provide anything like the service I used to expect. Find someone else to handle your business.
