Ms Sinclair worked out a menu with My MIL (her fav- Texmex), did the shopping and prep, then cooked the special meal in my MILs own house while she and her friends sipped margaritas and had a grande old time. Im a little ticked I couldn't join (she's in Calgary and I live in Bc) and I highly recommend My take home chef. What a fun way to have a meal with friends. AND...freaking cheaper than a restaurant! With more comfort and fun!!!

Liisa and Karen were amazing......so experienced that they knew my kitchen as well as I did within a few minutes. Serving appetizers, courses of the meal and doing the cleanup as they went along was just so good.....I was ready to adopt them both! They actually needed very little direction after I showed them the menu. My guests were so impressed, and so was I. I felt Personal Thyme really contributed to the success of the evening and I thank Corinna sincerely.

Sean and his team are professionals through and through. They were very accommodating for a variety of dietary restrictions including vegetarian, pescatarian and grain/dairy free. All meals were fantastic and prepared with great care using quality local ingredients. We recently arranged a dinner with friends and decided it was easier to hire Evoke once again to avoid the hassle of dining out with a larger group during covid. Sean came up with a delicious 3 course meal that again left a lasting impression on guests. The prices are reasonable and huge value for the portions and quality of food served, and in the comfort of your home, you can't go wrong.

They had restrictions I was willing to work within but was hoping for some flexibility. Regardless of flexibility or not it would have been nice to chat through ideas. When I voiced my frustration no one responded to me and that was the end of the interaction. Unfortunately I cannot speak to the food since their customer service was so terrible I had to go with another vendor. I honestly never leave reviews but i left this interaction feeling so terrible i wanted to provide my feedback and it was clear the person i was emailing with was not interested in receiving any.
