Sam and a worker were both told that the liner needed to be placed in the garage as it was not the homeowners. When the owner of the pond liner showed up to pick it up 2 workers threw it off of the roof and then threw the cinder blocks down as well. unfortunately, when they threw it down, it was in two pieces instead of one. When Sam was asked about this when the roof was finished and paid for Sam refused to take responsibility for what his workers have done. The roof itself looks okay, but to have an owner of a business blame the issue on someone else and not take responsibility is very frustrating. Just know what you are getting into doing business with someone like this. When I called and asked him about it he admitted that his guys cut the liner and then said the job went south and there was nothing he was going to do to make it better.
