They also have about 5 ellipticals and 3 stationary bikes. Not a lot, but the place isn't very big or packed, which I do like. They offer lots of different classes too-- Zumba, turbo kickboxing abs at one time even had a yoga class. My only complaint is that they need more fans. Seems there's only a few around and I'm one of those people who can't stand to overheat.

It was wonderful to witness my growth and understand the relativity of time and its challenges both becoming easier while remaining the same. Jay does a great job at describing each form (Asana) and Breath (Pranayama) and pushing you to the next level safely while also giving you permission to simply stay with it in whatever fashion you deem necessary.
