The sales pressure reached a high point when the $22,000 quote for gutters on a modest, one-floor home miraculously dropped to $14,000 after a call to her "manager." Check BBB records anywhere and the same tactic is used repeatedly by this company. She even wanted to include my income with my sister's to make sure the loan application went through. It started with the gutters pushing the singles up at the edge on the roof I had installed the month before. The representative from Leafguard came out and told me it was a roof problem. The representative from the roofing company came out and told me it was a gutter issue. I arranged for the two companies to come out on the same day to come to a conclusion and get the issues fixed. The roofing company showed up, but the gutter company did not. I was told he forgot. It took another month to arrange a meeting between the two companies. The second issue I have had with the gutters is a section right above my front door had a leak and also the water was not being captured by the gutter. The repairman for the gutter company came out and resealed the seam that was leaking and said he fixed the angle of the gutter to capture the water. He had not. It took multiple phone calls to get someone backout. The repairman adjusted the angle again and again it did not fix the issue. Once again it took weeks of calling to get someone to come out. This time they came out when I was not at home stuck a large piece of metal in the gutter and left. This did not fix the issue and was an eye sore. Again, weeks of calling to get someone out all he did was jerk the piece of metal out and left. I am still having the issue of water not being captured by the gutter right outside my front door. For the last three weeks I have called the gutter company without a return call. I am being told they have tried to call me, but I have not had a missed call or a voicemail from this company. Once they install your gutters, they do not uphold their lifetime warranty and have very poor service. I wish I had my old gutters back.
