This place has no business playing doctor and spa because they are not capable of doing both. First of all their GLPs are definitely watered down and so are their umbilical cord serums that look tampered with when you get them at $140 bucks!! Everything is opened and tampered with! But thats just the petty stuff! I've been planning a minor surgical procedure for several months to have done in time for a big event! One I was trying to get the magnet therapy for depression, that never happened and they gave me the run around til I just gave up. Then this surgical procedure I had been planning on and even got upset with them about because I needed a careplan to get ready for this that wasn't happening! I'm a travel nurse and needed to go home for this event. They got me so very excited about this procedure they offer in their office that he even offered me a bit more! Alll for a great low price. I was so excited, I told everyone, got prepared with work, friends to drop me off and pick me up. Well, not only did they postpone my pre op appointments more than once, that of course pushed my surgery back twice, but the day of surgery I came in and they were all suspicious looking, running around dodging me, not greeting or even looking at me! The medical assistant came out and said the doctor canceled my procedure because he was suddenly concerned with an antidepressant I was taking might interfere. I'd been taking this med for years so he already knew my medical history but also, This was so untrue as I researched this BS later plus I had already stopped taking any meds at all for a week prior!! I said I wanted to speak to him and he refused to come out and talk to me then the witch at the front desk that couldn't get my other procedure in order, brought me a receipt of return of my entire payment I'd been paying on towards my procedure for months!! With no real explanation at all! I could have gone anywhere but I gave them a second chance after screwing up another planned procedure and they screwed me again less than 1 month before my event! Now in a panic I'm looking elsewhere, during the holidays, but the healing will take too long so I have to do some other more minor procedures like Botox and fillers. This man is nothing but a dishonest inconsiderate perverted creep!! And I know that a bad review means nothing to him I'm certain, for his arrogance but I will always be sure to tell everyone I know and report it to the people who will actually care about his inappropriate beginning of the week late night sessions!!

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I feel like people should know what to expect…read more I've been getting Botox and filler for over 10 years, so I completely understand that providers occasionally run behind. That wasn't my issue. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 p.m. I confirmed it multiple times beforehand because I had to take time away from work. When I arrived, I sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes with absolutely no communication. No one came out to acknowledge me, apologize for running late, or even let me know what was going on. I had to text just to find out if I was still going to be seen. Eventually I was told she was "cleaning," but never once did she step out to personally apologize or explain the delay. Since I work two jobs, I couldn't keep waiting indefinitely. I had already used my lunch break, driven to the appointment, and lost valuable work time. To accommodate her schedule, I agreed to come back the following morning after she assured me she would come in early specifically to treat me. Unfortunately, the communication issues continued. I called multiple times to confirm the appointment and continued receiving automated text responses instead of a phone call or confirmation from the office. After I expressed my frustration, I received an apology, but I was also told that "the few people who can't understand that don't belong in my chair anyway." That statement was disappointing because it completely missed the point. I wasn't upset that she was running behind--I was upset by the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism. Being a solo provider is hard, and I truly respect anyone building a business. But customer service is part of running that business. When clients are taking time off work, using their gas, rearranging their schedules, and trusting someone with cosmetic procedures that cost hundreds of dollars, the least they deserve is timely communication and respect for their time. A simple "Hi, I'm so sorry I'm running behind. Thank you for your patience," would have changed this entire experience. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, I won't be returning.

Now, I can slide it way back under my chair with ease! My ROM is almost even with my non surgical knee! My TKR knee can lock and be straight like my other knee! I can hop, skip, jump, and jog! I can play some basketball and ride my mountain bike. I owe all of this to my Physical Therapist(s), mainly it has been McKayle! ( Mikaela a couple of times, Olivia once) I believe we are a true partnership in my recovery. I knew I was overpaying, but insurance is difficult. Once the bills cleared through the insurance, I expected to receive a refund. I have called three times and still not received a refund or even an estimated timeline. I am frustrated. I couldn't afford the overpayment in the first place and now I need the money for other medical bills.
