After this happened a second time in two weeks I asked to speak to an owner. She told me that it was MY fault, even when I provided her ample evidence otherwise, she then interrupted me as I was trying to provide evidence that the screw ups were theirs, she said, " We could rehash this all day but what is the point ?" in a rude snarky voice. This was the last straw for me, after pulling myself out of work, my child out of class, and driving all over the county only to find my appointments nonexistent twice in two weeks, she had the nerve to not only not apologize but to blame me and interrupt me. This business does not value your time or your money and the last thing a parent of a child with special needs requires is a time wasting headache, which Chatterbox Nampa is, in spades!

We have great insurance so I had no doubts it would be very expensive after the initial visit and I was sure they would warn me ahead of time if it was very pricey. When I got there we filled out paperwork, gave insurance info, and then had therapy. We LOVE the therapist Christina as she is very knowledgeable about what she does and how to help her patients. I would still be taking her if the financial situation of this office was any better. After the first visit we were told we were good to go so we scheduled again and left (assuming insurance took care of it since nobody talked to me about it). The second time after our visit with Christina (appts are about 45 mins) I was getting ready to leave and the office lady stopped me letting me know I owe almost $500 for both visits since I didn't pay last time. Ummm.. why was I not contacted ahead of time and why was prices not mentioned before beginning? Being someone who didn't just have the extra cash I had to put it on a credit card because they refused payment plans. I felt very upset I wasn't talked to about this and HAD to pay right then since no payments could be set up. I have personally worked up front in a medical office and before the patients appt has started I would have called the insurance or looked it up online and figured out what they will cover and discuss with the patient ASAP or at least discussed the possible prices before they went back to see the doctor. The office was nice and cozy, people were nice, just very bummed of the prices. I think payment plans should be accepted if this was going to be so pricey as this is a service to help our children excel and progress with development.

The initial appointment was an assessment and a short physical therapy session. Bob communicates clearly. They use an app with a built in timer and video along with a daily check in for all your home exercises. The office is never over crowded. The equipment is organized and the location is clean. One of the best physical therapy experiences I have had.

I drove to the office to talk to someone and not only would they not talk to me (they have in-house billing) but the front desk woman was exceptionally rude. I called the # on the bill where a lovely woman looked at my account and after some digging realized that it was their fault - she told me they had billed my insurance incorrectly and that she would fix it. She also told me just to ignore any others bills. It's now been another 5 months and I have now gotten a bill from a collection agency. It's not worth the hassle - Go Somewhere Else if you can.

When I started Physical Therapy for my Total Knee Replacement (TKR) here 2 months ago, I could…read morebarely slide my heel back even with my other heel. I had to breathe and slide. Now, I can slide it way back under my chair with ease! My ROM is almost even with my non surgical knee! My TKR knee can lock and be straight like my other knee! I can hop, skip, jump, and jog! I can play some basketball and ride my mountain bike. I owe all of this to my Physical Therapist(s), mainly it has been McKayle! ( Mikaela a couple of times, Olivia once) I believe we are a true partnership in my recovery. The physical therapists here are great! This would be a five-star review if not for the billing…read moreproblems. At the beginning of the year, due to insurance issues, I overpaid for some visits. I knew I was overpaying, but insurance is difficult. Once the bills cleared through the insurance, I expected to receive a refund. I have called three times and still not received a refund or even an estimated timeline. I am frustrated. I couldn't afford the overpayment in the first place and now I need the money for other medical bills.
