Then, she challenged my limits after feeling I was up for it. There were a couple of times I went into her studio crying because of the pain. After our hands on PT sessions, I left feeling much better and smiling. She applies techniques that I have never experienced before. And she keeps her self up to date by attending seminars and events. Our pilates sessions focus on my weaknesses which caused my injury at the first place.
