Really loved them when I was able to get on the reoccurring maintenance schedule. But they lied to…read moreme and said they weren't offering that service anymore even though they do my neighbors yard. They said they only offered big 4 hr cleanups. I said ok. The day comes, it's not the company I hired it's some independent landscaping contractor who gets there late and leaves early. I reached out to the company to say hey I don't think I should have to pay for this full time when they got here late, left early and the yard is still messy. They tell me that they arrived on time, that some time is reduced because the contractor has to pick up the equipment and that he was there the entire time. I work from home I can see and hear when the yard work is being done. I can say that the contractor did spend 20 min with a leaf blower in the corner of my driveway blowing air at literally nothing. The backyard was cut down with the clippings left to sit on top of what was cut, the front yard wasn't touched. If you can get the actual company they do five star work if they get you a contractor run. They won't believe you and they will charge you for half ass work.

They came through about a week or so after we gave them the OK and cleared it up in about 2 hours. IT LOOKS AMAZING!! I can't thank Brandon and his crew enough for the job they did. Because we live in an HOA, we needed someone we could trust to mow the lawn while we were still hundreds of miles away, and after using Yelp's project quote feature and receiving multiple estimates, The Mowing Magician immediately stood out. What impressed us first was the responsiveness, attention to detail, and overall value. Our property is 1.25 acres with a large sloped front lawn, plus a steep hill beyond a retaining wall in the backyard. To make things even trickier, the house had sat vacant for over 200 days, so there was significant overgrowth - especially in the steep backyard area (see before/after photos). From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. He fit us into his schedule the same week we reached out, proactively confirmed the appointment the day before, showed up exactly when promised, and communicated thoughtfully throughout the process.
