Unlike other companies who just leave you hanging around wondering what's going on and not answering when you call to see what's up, so I appreciated that. The thing that sold me though was that when the guy, Ryan, got here and took a look into our chimney, he asked how often we used it and how long we'd lived in the house and et cetera. So after hearing my answers, he nodded and said the chimney was super clean and that he would get me a card so I could call him in another two years to take another look at it because there was no need to do anything this time. He could have just went on about his way and "cleaned" and took his time and I would have been none the wiser to it. That honesty is hard to come by these days. Will definitely be hanging onto his card to have him come back out. The *only* complaint I have is that they don't accept card payments, so you'll need to find a check or go to the bank to get the cash you were quoted. Even then that's only because they're a small business and the fees for the card stuff is crazy. So. Yea. :)
