I have been craving pizza for sometime now. We have gone to others pizzeria but Mtn. Mike's is my favorite. Sunday, 3/1, we were out and about and I wanted pizza. We stopped here just a bit after they opened. We ordered a small Pik\e's Peak, 2 salads and 2 drinks. Total was $52 and change. The young man taking our order was very professional, and helpful when making our selections. Food was worth it. Salad bar was on point, piled high and fresh. Pizza came out and it did not disappoint! This is what I was craving. We order from this location frequently and have not had a bad pie. The restaurant was clean and tidy, bathroom was stocked and clean. Salad bar was abundantly stocked with fresh choices. Enjoyed our experience here. read more

This location is clean and offers plenty of space for a larger party. The customer service here is lacking. * employee at cash wrap handed pizza and asked if I wanted peppers and cheese. The employee placed a handful of loose packets on top of pizza box then turned to speak to cook. *Employee at cash wrap was not wearing an apron and clothing appeared dirty Pizza quality was good but was a bit chewy toward the crust. It was an XL pizza and probably wasn't cooked completely The pizza was ordered for carry out. A tip option wasn't offered at the time of purchase. We stopped to eat some lunch after running some errands. Got the lunch buffet close to 1pm. Salad bar was the best that I have had the pleasure of feasting on. The lettuce was cut just right, a lot of ingredients to choose from. The pizza had been outdoor a bit longer than I would've liked but it was 1pm. The salad bar hit the right spot. About a month ago I was at the Safeway shopping center in Mountain House at dinner time and decided to give the Mountain House Mountain Mike's Pizza a try. I ordered online and was pleasantly surprised when it was ready when I walked in to pick it up. The man behind the counter was friendly. Took it home to eat and was absolutely shocked at how good the pizza was. The pizza was the best we had in a very long time, better than any pizza in Tracy. The crust was perfect (crunchy bottom but not soggy under the sauce). The toppings were generous. Last week we were part of the PG&E power outage and on the second day without power we thought what a perfect time to get Mountain Mike's Pizza. Again another Home Run, not to mention the friendly people behind the counter. At least we were able to enjoy a good pizza despite the warm day without AC. Next time you feel like pizza, try giving Mountain House Mountain Mike's pizza a try and avoid the Tracy traffic and road construction. You won't be disappointed. read more

Ordered a personal size for pick up today. Pepperoni & Pineapple, extra sauce, extra crispy. Picked it up. Didnt have extra sauce, counted 6 pepperoni, maybe 8 pineapple. ate here on a football sunday. after church, my intent was to grab a quick bite watch a lil football and get to wrenching for the day. decided to get a small combo, best price for the pie. it came out pretty quick, nice and hot. the combo was really good, there's a difference between eating it out of the oven and delivery. crust was crisp, toppings were bountiful and taste was great. place is nice, chairs, booths, plenty of tv's. staff is accommodating, requested games on certain tv's. needless to say, i finished the entire small pizza, happily stayed longer than intended. looking forward to doing their lunch special. read more

I ordered pizzas and were burnt. I called them about it and they said I had to contact DoorDash because that's where I ordered from. They couldn't do anything about it. I spent over $120 in food and what my family was looking forward to eat and had to end up going somewhere else to get food. Regardless to them not being able to see my order because it was through DoorDash they still prepared the pizza and packed as something any customer would approve of and eat. I will never again order pizza from here even if it's directly through them. The quality in food and service about this matter is disappointing to say the least. read more

This is a great spot for a quick easy fatty dinner. Customer service is good. Everyone seems friendly when you walk inside. I've only gotten food to go and delivery once so I can't comment on the dine-in experience. The pizza is tasty. It has easily replaced the Tracy (unnamed) pizza joint that I used to frequent. I usually order The McKinley. It's basically just a combo pizza. I took off 1 star for 2 reasons. First, the app isn't coupon friendly. They flood Mountain House residents with coupons but if you use the app you can't do anything with them. Second, they charge something like 4.99 for jalapeno. Whhaaattt???!!! Jeez! I mean I'm complaining but I pay without hesitation. LOL A girl like me needs spice. read more

3 stars for convenience, since I was in the Safeway shopping center and was craving pizza. I stopped and ordered a large pizza from this establishment. Once I picked it up, I asked for ranch. They said they would have to charge me for that--the fact that I ordered an overpriced pizza I expected to get at least one complimentary small cup of ranch. But, nope! This is my first and only stop after this! I tend to go to MOD pizza and I will continue to go there for the service and endless ranch and honey without an additional charge. The pizza is good, as long as you request light sauce. If you don't request light sauce, you will just taste the sauce and nothing else. My reasons for the 2 stars has nothing to do with the food quality but the service and prices. The prices are some of the highest in the area. We also frequent the location in Alameda, Dublin, San Ramon and Danville and the prices at the Mountain House location are the highest. The King Kong pizza from Garlex is $30 and it's 24"compared to the $44 you pay for the Mountain Mikes "Mountain" pizza in Mountain House that is 20". Mountain House also charges an outrageous $1 for the tiniest side of ranch you will ever see. Don't order the salad because you won't have any dressing. The side of ranch used to come in a container 3x the size it is now. I asked why it changed and was told they ran out of the standard containers they used to have and all they had left was the tiny little containers. I asked why we don't get 2-3 of these tiny containers with our salad or bread sticks and was told the owners think it's fine and if we need more to just pay. The wait time for pizzas is also very long. I have walked in to pickup my order and there will literally be no one inside and I'll wait 30 minutes after my stated arrival time. I've also had them state they didn't see the ticket for my online order and hadn't started it yet. It's very strange to see a pizza place empty all the time in a town with very few options. This place should be packed but it's too expensive and instead of eating pizza and hanging out, the kids in town sit outside the Safeway instead. read more

This is the best Mtn mikes location. Staff are friendly, great about checking for coupons, delivery is quick, as promised and by nice people. This is especially great because it's a new location and they are off to a great start. Pizza tastes delicious and side dishes (except for maybe the poppers) are worth it. read more

The women with the lip piercing was very sweet she took my order great with no problem , I ordered a large white sauce with pep and bacon the pizza tasted good the only thing I was a little irritated of , it seemed as if they count there pepperonis there was only about 4 on each slice I ordered a Large so it was more of a cheese pizza that I received , the pizza was not cut all the way through so I had to rip the slices apart not so pleasant to do , add more toppings especially if it's a large overall everything was pretty great read more

Went there on a Thursday night. Robber's roost Pizza was great. Buffalo Chicken wings were also perfect. Churros we good too. Ambiance was casual and family friendly. The service was good. Since they have just started they didn't have water cups but other than that all was good. They were also attending to a lot of to go orders but we ate in and still got our pizza in reasonable time. I ordered a Pizza Wednesday night. Made sure that they understood I needed thin crust. I had them repeat me the order twice to make sure also. Because it has happened before. I Ordered churros and garlic knots. When the order came after an hour. We get a thick crust pizza, tasteless garlic knots and warmed churros which probably had to be sitting in for hours. We immediately called them twice and no one answered. They never called back either. We had to eat couple slices had a guest over. Left out of town next morning.
