Fast forward to the next day and I get confirmation that he created the tracking label after or conversation. I understand that business runs behind but be straight with me so I can tell my customers the truth... will be the last time I order with them. Shady company with shady business ethics.

Look for them at Portland Saturday Market and the Oregon Country Fair. Update: 11/2/16 I returned last weekend to buy a hat for my day gig to make sure I looked neat and tidy. Jakob, the hatter, spent quite a bit of time with me to pick a new hat that fit it's purpose and my size. Completely hand stitched and one of a kind, it took me an hour to find just the right one from his ample selection. I am quite pleased with the outcome.
