This is the best place to eat in all of leesburg and probably within 50 miles of it. Steaks are top notch cut to order and very reasonably priced. The cook will come check on you to make sure everything was spot on. The salad bar has a bunch of scratch made items like carrot salad, pea salad, fresh pickles. When I say they have the best banana pudding I mean you could travel the United States and not find a banana pudding that tops theirs. It's served warm, with vanilla cake doughnut pieces with meringue on top..... it's a whole experience in itself. The homemade honey bun cake tastes like what you wish your packaged honey buns tasted like. On Saturdays they serve a coconut sour cream cake that sells out instantly so you either have to call in to reserve a slice like I did or get there right at 3:30. Everything in this is place is clean, very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and feels like a Sunday after church or date night place for how good the service is. We got there just at 4:45 pm just right before the crowd came in. By 5:15 they were full with people seated outside, waiting to go in. Our waitress was excellent. Our meal was excellent and the coffee our waitress fixed to go with our dessert was really good. I would highly recommend the peach cobbler. read more

This is The Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association, and I travel and score Burgers for restaurants, but today I decided to take a break from scoring burgers and tried Mountain Parkway Grill for the first time, and my wife & and I hit a homerun. What an awesome restaurant with amazing food. We both got the BBQ Baked Potato with a side salad, and WOW! They blend the potato for you, and what a neat idea, not having to fight the potato cause it's ready to eat when they sit it down. The BBQ meat was smoked to perfection, and the Texas Toast made me want a whole loaf. The service is Top Notch. Our left-handed waitress deserves a raise. LOL. Got to restaurant 10 minutes after opening. They had a party in the back and about 5 tables open. I was seated quickly. My order was taken quickly and food was delivered within 10 minutes. We are locals and go here at least once a week. We have NEVER had a bad meal here. Steaks are delicious and always cooked to perfection, the grilled & fried chicken tenders are amazing, the country fried steak is phenomenal, BBQ & stuffed potatoes are great, and the salad bar is the best you'll ever eat!! Our party of 4 was seated promptly when we arrived at 5:30pm. We ordered ribs, brisket, ribeye, grilled chicken. The brisket was very tender, the grilled chicken tenders were very small, the ribs were dry and the steak was very good. They were out of fish so I guess that is a great seller. They have a salad bar but someone prepares it for you. If you like pintos, they are amazing!!! We did not have dessert. A nice surprise! We were Looking for something to eat after a day of walking the Collinsville flea market. It was a short drive from the market. BBQ is the main menu. I had the beef brisket sandwich with a one trip salad bar. The salad bar was fresh and several homemade items. Typically I am not a fan of bread and butter pickles but these were sooooo good. Definitely homemade and wished that I had bought a jar home. My sandwich was good, not spectacular but good. My husband had the Brunswick stew. It was thin and chunkier than how I like Brunswick stew but it had a good flavor. The banana pudding was wonderful but too sweet for me. Inside was nice and clean. Best steaks in Cherokee County, also very good catfish and ribs. They have a good salad bar even though I miss the days when I could fix my own salad, but they add what you ask for and their dressings are great. Always good service and I have never had to wait too long for my food. So very upsetting, we ordered 2 meals, the beef tips with fries and a burger with fries and coke, paid over $20.. was very excited to find this grill close by and try the food as it seems the reviews have planets raves. Well that just wasn't the case, we waited 25 minutes for the food which is fine but when we got it, it was cold, hard and tasteless, we ask for a receipt and all we got was a paper with the price and what we ordered, if I ask for an itemized receipt obviously it's for a reason I couldn't even get that, the beef tips had absolutely no flavor and the burger patty was hard and plain no salt black pepper nothing. It was like someone just threw the meat on the grill until it was cooked and put it in the box, the fries were hard and cold, I'm just upset at this whole experience. I was really looking forward to trying their menu little by little bit now that's not going to happen. read more

Mac and cheese from a box, fried green tomatoes frozen, fried pickles frozen, pinto beans from a can. Beef brisket was so salty it tasted like the cow just ate salt its entire life. The only meat that was good was the country fried steak and ribeye. If I want to eat boxed and frozen food, I can go to the grocery store and do it myself. Pretty darn good. Wish they were open more nights or at least on Sunday's. We had the ribeye and hamburger steak. Very tasty. Fried pickles app was good and the salad bar with my steak was real good. They make their own croutons and 1000 Island dressing. Fried green tomatoes were good as well. The hubby had a broccoli cauliflower salad with his hamburger steak which he loved. This is about our 4th trip here. The last time we came we had the ribs. They were good but they were smoked and the smoke was waaaaay overpowering. The owner was very present and checked on folks. Salad bar was good; it is only a one-trip deal when you order with entrée. Chicken and steak were good! The BEST banana pudding I've had outside of my grandmother's pudding! They constantly run out of banana pudding when the owner makes it!
