I hope you have better luck contacting this company! We are limited here with our options; I've used Orkin for years, but am tired of the revolving door of technicians. So, I called the competition. Three times. Three messages. I guess they are so busy they don't need my business. Disappointed. read more

I called them to inquire about service. I never agreed to having them come out and treat anything. I never signed anything or even saw any kind of invoice on what they supposedly did. They never came out, but still decided to send me a bill. Of course, I called twice to tell them and was told they would take care of it. Then I get a letter from a collections agency. They are frauds. I'm sure they bill people randomly hoping people will pay just to get them to go away. I'm reporting them to the BBB and will be taking legal action, including reporting them to the CDA. read more
