They never came out, but still decided to send me a bill. Of course, I called twice to tell them and was told they would take care of it. Then I get a letter from a collections agency. They are frauds. I'm sure they bill people randomly hoping people will pay just to get them to go away. I'm reporting them to the BBB and will be taking legal action, including reporting them to the CDA.

I said that would have been nice to know up front, I would have found someone else. He said "that was his business policy". Really? And what is my guarantee you don't stiff me and not show, since you have my money? I even moved a bunch of things around in my schedule to make sure I could be there when he arrived. And he has the nerve to say he won't show up. Take my advice, don't use these guys. You will be glad you didn't.
