The plumber we've used for years was extremely busy and tied up until January, but they referred us to Alca Plumbing. Alca scheduled a date a few days away and comfortably within the time frame we needed. The technician worked diligently to replace the old valve and offered a choice of new valves so that we can be sure to avoid the problem we had been dealing with. The cost was very reasonable and we were extremely relieved to have the problem solved before the first hard freeze. We recommend them, and next time we have a need for plumbing work we will definitely call them again.

He had a couple of good workers with him. He finished the whole job in one day, with only having to come back when some walls go up. He was very easy to work with and measured everything carefully. I found his work to be excellent and highly recommend him. He is best reached at about 8:30 in the morning, or in the evening.

Todd agreed to do the job and I finally met with him in person after it was impossible to reach him. Within 5 days, he changed his mind after we set a day for the job. I tried really hard to get things right. They complained of stress, like I had None with my tub down 2 PLUS months-unreal. My wife and I waited for hours for him to show up, I called and as usual, he never returns my calls. This IS why I called So many times. I did nothing to this plumber. The job involved his contractor buddy, which is pretty much what ruined the whole deal with him screaming and yelling at me for no valid reason. The job was difficult and Todd could do it, where other plumbers wanted to tear the bathroom apart. My wife will never forget how badly we were treated, like we were punished or something. Todd can do the job, but good luck. I got stiffed hugely by him not following through.
