He totally helped me out, spend time adjusting my bindings and gave me a bunch of good advice. We actually went to another Charter facility that was located in the Marriott by accident. They would have helped us there too, but they were so busy. She called our correct rental facility (Lionhead lodge) and they said they didn't have a wait, so we finally got to the right place. On a side note, while at the wrong Charter, I needed to have my bindings adjusted and even though it was slammed, the technician fixed my skis for me in a few minutes without complaint. Immediately, they were super friendly and got my kids fitted. They made sure that my kids had the right size (which took a couple of tries) boots and skis. They also allow you to store your skis there for the night. We had bought a 2 day ticket but we weren't sure we would use those 2 days consecutively. They allowed us to store our skis there and would not charge us until we came back to use them for our 2nd day. Also when we did come back to return the skis, the technician that helped us originally welcomed us back and even said my last name. How did he remember me? I have no idea, but that is great customer service. I would definitely rent from this place again.

So apparently we had missed out on the girl who was working rules and safety regulations. My son who is 10 was jumping on the trampoline and he of course didn't know that there is only one child on the tramp at a time, this was 5 mins after we arrived. A young woman came over to him and said, "if you do that again I'm going to kick you and your family out"! My son replied, that he didn't know that. So my son ran away from her and hid in the corner "defeated" I saw her approach him but couldn't hear what she had said. so I approached the young woman with brown hair and tattoos, after my son told me what she said to him. I went to her and asked her why she would say that to a child? I also firmly told her that she cannot speak to children like that. She could have easily said "I'm as sorry but there Is only one kid at a time on the trampoline. she replied to me, that he was a bigger kid and she is in charge of lots of children and there safety! So it must be okay to talk to a children like that? I said sure you are, but you also need to learn how to speak firmly as a director and not belittle little kids. she rolled her eyes at me a few times while I was speaking to her. I find this to be unacceptable behavior from any adult speaking to a child. We have been to your gym many times in the past, but my kids forgot the rules. Now we will not be returning to your establishment again.
