I used Mountain Shuttle recently for an Amtrak trip and from the start to finish they were great communicators, they were on time and sent text and email reminders. They responded quickly to my concerns via email, text and calling. The drivers were very helpful in loading and unloading my 45lb bag and other items I brought. They are reasonably priced and they even accommodated for my train arrival time that changed 5 times which was amazing! The vehicles were large enough to fit all my 3 bags. Highly recommend. We live locally and use Mountain Shuttle when traveling to and from Glacier Park International Airport. Our most recent trip was complicated by a severe snow storm. Excellent service. I really appreciate the great communication. You're not left wondering if they're going to show up or not (like other local taxi companies). Realize that this is a smaller taxi company, so you can't just call and get a taxi...plan ahead as much as possible. You can book online, text or call to make a reservation. With limited taxi options around the Glacier International Airport, glad we have such a great choice. Will continue to use them. read more
