My last appointment was in March, but I received a bill stating I had not paid my $40 co-pay in March. I called billing disputing the billing. As they requested, I sent a screenshot of my bank account showing the co-pay for both appointments. They never responded. I received a letter advising I have a debtors warrant filled against me. I have called billing repeatedly, requested the supervisor to call me and now they will not take my calls. If I need to go to court over this, I will expect compensation as i have proof of payments. If I were the doctors, I would have a complete audit performed on your billing department because I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been double billed. It's too bad. I liked the doctor and staff but will now need to find another office.

I had a horrible time with their new system on the kiosk check ins, and they explained today was their second day using them. It has not been a smooth transition by a long shot. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour not knowing I had to go to pay a co pay first. Needless to say, when I finally got in the back, Dr. Baldwin and his assistant were awesome and apologetic of the wait which I appreciated. The practice is well-organized, works easily with health insurance providers, and has X-rays available at the location. I see Dr. Alicia Mooty, who is one of my favorite providers of any specialty. Because of injury, I have seen a lot of Dr. Mooty, and I trust her implicitly. In addition to being an informed and top-quality practitioner and surgeon, she is exceedingly kind. The atmosphere she creates around her with her staff is really lovely and welcoming.
