My hair was cut shorter than I wanted, and the dye came out darker than I wanted, and the highlights were streaky. I gave her plenty of pictures and was very specific about what I wanted. I figured out they take very few hair strands for each foil and every foil is $15 so it adds up in the end. It is just a very light piecy streaky highlights. Very disappointed.

Michele does a GREAT JOB. She's highly competent and my manicure lasted way longer than usual. I was also very pleasantly surprised at how nice her little room was decorated. It was super clean as well which is always very important to me and an issue that most often prevents me from returning to a new salon. I will say it took me several tries over a number of weeks and months to get an appointment but I am very glad that I finally got in and of course, made a follow up appointment for the next time. The cost was a bit more than I normally pay but for great quality, it is well worth it. I look forward to seeing Michele again soon.

I was out of town, but returned to the shop on July 24th (4 weeks after treatment) and showed Amanda my hair. Treatment had not taken and my hair was frizzy and curly. She assured me that Samantha would refund the fee. When I called and spoke with Samantha on July 30th to ask about the promised credit to my card she said the treatment was only guaranteed for 6 weeks (not what she initially told me) and only 4 weeks had elapsed before I was able to return to shop to show them my hair. I subsequently called Amanda (owner of shop) and she accused me of harassment and said she had no control over what Samantha decided to do because she was an independent contractor. It is too bad the Owner did not stand behind her original statement and has no control over the independent operators that "rent space in her shop".
