The price, I am not sure of because I have never replaced any windows before, but they did knock some $$ off because of one window being sent to the wrong location and they had to get another window made, but I feel like they were fair, also like to support local businesses

I had already had a Winchester glass company come out and they quoted me $3100 to fix the issues. I thought "repairing windows must mean they have to pull out the whole frame and must be a huge deal". It's all. A. Lie. You can do this yourself, and on the cheap. Oh, and the guy who showed up from the glass company was high on something and forgot what he was saying mid-sentence. Pass. So I watched a Youtube on how to remove the panes from our vinyl windows and in less than an hour I had them all out and on their way to Dixie Plate Glass. Before I went, I called and was told if I dropped off by Wednesday the windows would be ready for pick up on Friday. So I took the cracked windows in, the guy measured them on the spot and told me it would be just a 10-spot over $200 and assured me it would be rebuilt with even better commercial quality materials. You pay only when you pick up. Well, he was right. The finished product was clearly better than the factory assembly from the original window. Instead of this rubber/adhesive material they used a commercial metal insert and it was sealed completely and they re-used the original white grids my windows had. Side note, while at Chipotle I noticed their windows have the same metal material so he was telling the truth about the upgrade in quality. Reinstalling the windows took less than an hour. It was so easy, I can't believe the racket that the glass companies are trying to charge. It's offensive and you should fight back by fixing any broken windows in your home yourself. Now, because of Terry Bohan, DPG&MC, and Youtube I saved $2,890. They all get my vote. Important--they only take cash or checks, no credit.

Ben was our point of contact throughout the entire project. He came out to take the initial measurements, talk through the project, and generate a quote. It was a complete zero-pressure experience. After receiving the quote I made an appointment to visit the showroom (though Ben also offered to bring some window samples to the house). We really liked the windows (Sunrise Restorations) and moved forward with the project. The installation went flawless!
