I was extremely pleased with the quick response to my inquiry and request for an in-person visit to measure pieces. I had a short time-frame for one piece which was met. The more difficult pieces to cut were delivered shortly thereafter. I hired Alladin to replace seven windows in my 1920s DC bungalow. Two were original to the house and much thinner than the replacements which proved to be the greatest challenge as I wanted to keep all the indoor trim. Alladin worked hard and figured it out with likely the close to best results. I ordered my new Andersen windows from a local lumber yard who had a man come take measurements. In hindsight, the person installing should take measurements as window size can be blamed for any installation issues. I have an experienced siding guy coming next who wIll trim the exterior. I look forward to his opinion on the work and will share photos later. read more

Not only was Aladdin super responsive, but his prices were far better than any of the other companies I contacted for a repair of a broken double-pane window. Aladdin arrived in the 2-hour window he gave me, took measurements, and told me the window would need to be ordered (which he had previously told me would likely be the case). The window was done 3 days later, and once again Aladdin was professional and prompt. He installed the window surprisingly quickly. It looks PERFECT! It's exactly like all the other windows next to it, which was complicated by the fact that there is a grille between the panes.
