I wish i can put zero stars. They also broke a tile and tried to cover it up by filling it. They agreed to have the tile replaced but the whole thing is misaligned. And there is no way of fixing it without making more holes on tub deck and tiles. Stay away! Worst contractor I have ever dealt with.

Of course, since I'm not in a position to replace the window, and the window is so old, there were constraints about how nice the window could be fixed up to. Mehdi was very clear and honest about the parameters of the fix, and in setting expectations about what was and wasn't possible. The one negative thing to say is that better expectations could have been set about time of arrival (Medhi was a bit later than discussed). This was not an issue for me today on the day of the fix but, I can see it being an issue in another context.
