I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next. I called them, they answered immediately,and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civic's rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know they'd meet me at my house. The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability. The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh. He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car. There was glass everywhere inside the entire car and pieces of the branch still inside. I called Ryan's at 9:45am and they assured me that my insurance Progressive was accepted and that I could drop off the car. I filed my claim with my insurance and they sorted things out in less than 10 minutes and I dropped my car off at 10:20am. The timing was perfect my car was cleaned and ready by 11:40am!! I went up the street a couple blocks to Miller Ace Hardware and got the glass cut for my frame without any trouble and they were so helpful. I have a few other frames that I need glass cut for and I will not be taking them to Southside Glass. I love supporting small businesses but you can't treat your customers that way.
