I'm having arrived in Breck sans car for our two week stay with a newly minted 2 year old toddler who refused to walk, ride in ergo, or be transported any other way than my arms - this delivery service was a godsend! My back and sanity are overwhelmed with joy and it fits on the gondola without being folded. We rented a condo for our trip to Breckenridge. The advantage was a larger living space, full kitchen and multiple bedrooms. The downside is, no pack and play or other items usually available at a hotel. I was overwhelmed when thinking about how much we would have to bring for our 2 year old. That's when I found mountain tot. We were able to rent a crib, jogging stroller and a box of age appropriate toys (which was perfectly selected because my daughter LOVED all of them. It even included books!) The best part, everything was waiting for us in our condo when we arrived. All I had to bring was a car seat. They also have baby items such as high chairs and baby saucers, baby backpacks, even kids' plates and cups (which I wish I would have added because everything in our kitchen was glass). Mountain Tot has pretty much anything you could need for a baby, toddler or preschooler, which makes for a much easier packing job! We will be using this service again!!! read more

Rented several items for my Grandson for our April 2020 trip. Once Breckenridge closed the mountain and the City closed our lodging, I cancelled my reservation well in advance of the 48 hour requirement for refunds and have not been able to speak to anyone. I have sent several emails and left numerous VM's to no avail. No refund, no response. I wonder if they're still in business? read more

We have rented from Mountain Tot for several years with no problems BUT this year we needed to cancel due to the pandemic. After 20 or more messages were left on their answering machine we have still not received our refund. I left very detailed messages so they would know exactly who we were. We cancelled weeks ahead of our scheduled trip, but nothing back yet and it has been 6 weeks since they were first notified. Everyone else related to the trip has given full refunds. Would not have expected this from this company because as I said in the past we have had excellent care. read more

We rented a child carrier hiking from them. The service was great, the backpack was at our door of the house we had rented when we arrived and we left the backpack on the front porch the day we left for them to pick up. We didn't use any other equipment form them but I am sure the quality and service is pretty good. Only complaint - The picture of the backpack on the website suggested that it had a hood to protect the baby from the sun while hiking but the one we received didn't have one. Luckily we had packed hats for our baby so she was alright but I wish all the hiking backpacks they rented out came with those. read more

We got the package with a full sized crib, jogging stroller, high chair and bucket of toys, and added a toddler sized play table since we had 3 littles in our group. This company absolutely saved my sanity. We went to Breckenridge with extended family - 7 adults and 4 kids, one of them our 11 month old baby. I thought she would sleep in a pack n play but holy cow I was wrong! My husband and I spent the entire first night of our trip trading off holding our wiggly, sleepy, stubborn baby in a recliner so she could sleep. At 3am, I was googling baby rental companies, kicking myself for not renting a crib weeks ago! I left a message for Mountain Tot in the morning, likely making no sense and rambling because of no sleep. Travis returned my call within an hour (!) and I had a crib, mattress, and fitted sheet delivered to our townhouse less than 3 hours later!! We come to vail every summer this time we had a 6 month old. We rented a jumperoo , a high chair, a pack and play , stroller and a box of infant toys. Everything was clean and well maintained. Anyone with young kids understands that traveling is such a big undertaking. Mountain Tot was so helpful for our recent trip out to Copper Mountain with our 3 YO and 1 YO. The online ordering was simple and I changed my order a number of times, which they were happy to update and accommodate. Not only was the gear nice, the service and communication was also perfect! I was so glad to find Mountain Tot for my stay in Silverthorne, after Christmas this year. I called and they were able to deliver a pack n play and humidifier the same day. The owner was so nice and delivered really quickly. Everything was in new condition, clean, and safe. As new parents we hadn't predicted needing a humidifier but being able to rent one was a real blessing as my son had a stuffy nose and hard time sleeping without it. Mountain Tot relieved so many headaches for our recent trip to Breckenridge. My wife and I haven't attempted a vacation since the birth of our son two years ago, given all the gear we'd have to pack. We decided to make a run for Breck and were planning on buying a high chair from Target up in Frisco (and donating it after our trip), and hoping the hotel would have a semi clean crib. Our chiropractor told us about Mountain Tot two days before our trip, and it was such a pleasant surprise to find a clean and sturdy crib, a quality high chair, and a decent stroller waiting for us in the hotel room. We brought our BOB anyways but their stroller was pretty comparable. What a great service and we'll definitely use them again. read more

We had to stay in Colorado an extra day when 1-70 closed due to excessive snow over Thanksgiving. Went to Breckenridge with my wife, 2.5 yr old daughter, and newborn. My daughter is getting too big for a Pack N Play, so we rented a full size crib from Mountain Tots. Good price, easy delivery and pick-up, and the crib was sturdy and looked to be good quality. My daughter slept great in it, so that's the ultimate endorsement. I'd definitely use this company again on future trips up to the mountains. The owner, delivered the crib himself and was very flexible on working out a pick-up time at the end of our trip that worked for us, as well as the owner of the condo we rented. One area for improvement--the crib was delivered on the designated day as promised, but the arrival time was never clearly communicated. Several calls to the Mountain Tots office went unanswered, as the team was apparently out making deliveries. We were a bit tied down to the condo until the crib arrived. We rented the Ultimate Baby Package, thinking we really only wanted to use the crib and high chair. We used it all! The toys were an added bonus when our toddler got tired of her own toys, and the stroller worked well in the snow, compared to our umbrella stroller. We are glad we had the entire package. We flew in from Philadelphia and did not want to drag a bunch of baby stuff. We rented a baby jail, pack and play, high chair, box of toys and a humidifier. Everything was at the house when we arrived. One small glitch, the lid to the humidifier tank was missing which I didn't realize until that evening. I emailed Mountain Tot first thing in the morning and a few hours later they showed up with the lid plus another humidifier (it was great to have two since the air is so incredibly dry up there!). They were also very accommodating when I asked to extend our order an extra day. I would highly recommend this service.
